Being honest: I hadn't been to this Haverhill location for over 2 years - because of the overall atmosphere. It was messy, uninviting, unprofessional. Today was so different. Night and day! I noticed the positive changes immediately. The store looks great - bright and welcoming. The Service Area has been rearranged, too - it is neat and organized.
