“I had to take my car to SK Auto Body for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. I had the pleasure of meeting Shadi Kassis. He was professional and friendly. The front left part of the bumper was unhinged. After looking at it, he snapped it back into place and then checked to make sure the hood opened and closed and that the hinges were not damaged. He assured me that all was well. I will be using SK Auto Body for any and all future bodywork. If the rest of the staff is as professional and friendly as Shadi, then this is where everyone should bring their autos.

“As always... we have unfortunately needed NAAB for several vehicles over the last 15 years... NAAB was amazing. They handle EVERYTHING, dealing with insurance companies, rental companies, and their repair work is meticulous. We were kept informed every step of the way, never any surprises. To top it off, my car was returned cleaner than it has been in 2 years! Just a wonderful company with a very dedicated service team. Highly recommend NAAB.”
“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! I will definitely be going there in the future for any of my auto repair needs! Thanks again to the team at Boston Auto Collision Center.”
“I highly recommend Guy’s Autobody. Brian, the owner, did a great job in repairing my son’s car due to an accident. Not only did he squeeze us in during a very busy time, he also intervened on my behalf with my insurance company to get a correct appraisal on the damage and allow proper time to complete the needed repairs. This helped us keep the rental car (which was covered by my insurance) as long as needed. (They were only going to cover the rental based on their initial estimate on the time needed to complete repairs. Brian was able to negotiate a more realistic
time frame with them). Brian was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed on everything during the entire process. I will definitely use him for any of my autobody work should the need arise again in the future.”

They completed the work early and returned my car very nicely vacuumed and cleaned inside as a mom of 3 I really appreciated this! They were extremely helpful fixing my door but also cleaning up some scuffs around the car. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and come again for any auto body needs !”

“David and Angelo are a great team. The final outcome of my vehicle is great. Needed to return for some adjustments which they were more than willing to take care of. David and Angelo were very focused on my happiness and made sure I was happy. They appear to be a very busy shop, they do excellent work when done carefully. I know that mistakes can be made and a quality shop will make sure to accommodate when a customer is unhappy. The detailers did an amazing job with cleaning the interior, nothing was stolen or missing (sorry for even having to mention this as I have read other reviews claiming items were stolen). I feel the job was rushed, attention to detail of the final product could have saved myself as well as their shop a lot of time and aggravation, but I feel my concerns were validated and they took great care of my needs. The guys using the buffers need to be mindful of areas which have been vinyl wrapped or plastid dipped. Word of advice to owners. Make sure if you have any areas which have been wrapped or dipped, you let them know in advance so they can not hit them with the buffer.

“I just had Eagle repair the front end of my truck from a deer strike over the summer. Thiago and his guys did a great job. He explained the whole process ahead of time and finished the work on time. As an added bonus they cleaned the whole interior.

“Imperial Auto went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed up some minor damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper in a way that makes it look new again. But on top of that, they also cleaned out the interior of the car so both the outside and inside feel new again. The timeframe for the work was communicated up front and they delivered on the day they said they would. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone”

“Needed a new wiper arm for my 08 Dodge Dakota. Most places simply say none and hang up but Penney's conducted a search of all auto parts withing 30 min drive and located one in Pelham, NH. I called and sure enough they (Jean-Guys Auto Parts and also 5 star service) had one wiper arm. They found the Dakota, removed the wiper arm, and charged me $20.00 - it was sitting on the counter when I arrived. Amazing.”
