Great coffee shop, antique feeling but well equipped with a good breakfast and later brunch/lunch menu. Seasonal selections are awesome as well. I've always gotten the Ham and Cheese croissants, flakey puffy croissants with perfectly tasting and paired ham slices and cheese, and all the muffins are fresh and topped with sugar or crumbles. Coffee menu is standard but more than enough for me, without the California nouvelle experiments. I love soups and have tried their tomato, creamy and like my homemade, but it was refrigerated and had to be microwaved to reheat. Not bad but mine wasn't as steaming hot as I like from a fresh pot. It's busy most mornings, but tables and window seats open up quickly. Parking is easy and plentiful.

Third different Nero restaurant.Same excellent pastries and sandwiches as other Nero's.Turkey croissant is my go to fav.Again, no condiments provided, bring your own mustard mayonnaise. It keeps the costs down. Lots of coffee drinks available. Paid parking next door.

Han and cheese croissants are phenomenal. The grilled cheese is yummy too. The coffee is good but a little expensive.

Quaint coffee shop in Andover. Love the academic feel with shelves of books and a fireplace. Good selection of foods and coffee. It's a chain but feels more rustic than a Starbucks.

Food is really good, but often run out of many bake goods by afternoon. Coffee is quite good, but espresso shot a bit burnt tasting. Love the cozy atmosphere but can be quite full. Lines are common. Service is really good.

What a prize it is! As a sweet treat, I had a slice of lemon cake that is not shown in the picture, along with an avocado and salmon toast, and an oatmilk latte. Everything was wonderful, but the atmosphere is where it really shines. The rustic shelves that are beautiful in every way, especially because they are lined with gorgeous bound books. Will without a doubt be coming back.

Great coffee at reasonable prices—much superior to Starbucks. a warm, inviting, and comfortable setting. Strongly advised for coffee enthusiasts!

Love the atmosphere here and the coffee and pastries are wonderful. The missing star is for the slow service. If there is ever a line, plan for a long time. Once you are being served though, they are great...

If you want a watered tasting expresso made by arrogant service staff, go to this place. Didn't even bother to heat my ham&cheese croissant. Had to remind her she still owed me my muffin. $25 bucks for a watered coffee, cold sandwich, bad manners, and a forgotten muffin. Never again.

The price of my daily drink went up $2 overnight. It was already overpriced. A terrible way to conduct business. Never going
