The store itself is beautiful and carries a lot of high-end, stylish items—definitely eye-catching and well-curated. Unfortunately, the customer service is awful. The staff completely ignored me when I walked in, barely acknowledged my presence, and seemed far more interested in fawning over customers who clearly looked like they had money to spend. I had a few questions about some items, but I was met with dismissive responses and disinterested looks. It’s incredibly disappointing to be judged and treated like you don’t belong just because you don’t fit a certain image. A nice store with bad service is still a bad experience. How hard is it to smile and say “hello” to any customer who enters your store?

Yes, they have a nice selection of upscale luxury brands, but their customer service is far from that. I walked in and was the only customer in the store. The two older women working couldn’t even be bothered to give me a hello or simple acknowledgement. Their prices are also ridiculous, I’m not quite sure they understand the concept of ‘consignment’. For those reasons, I won’t be returning here as a customer nor will I consign. I prefer Covet in boston anyways.

I had a credit from selling clothes. Opted to shop more at Chic and get a credit rather than a check. Salesperson said there is no record of that and I was sent a check and it was over a year ago so it’s voided. I chose to walk out and not go back. It’s a great store, just be aware if you chose to have a store credit. Get it in writing.

This is such a LOVELY, boutique run consignment store with such a wonderful selection of beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes and jewelry all at a fraction of their retail prices! ALL the staff are so nice and friendly! They’re constantly adding new merchandise daily! I frequent this shop often and never seem to leave empty handed!!

My mother and I had planned a day of consignment shopping and Chic was first on our list. I was pretty excited because I had seen a Louis Vuitton I wanted to purchase and the shop looked gorgeous online. Big mistake. Immediately upon walking in the the shop I felt uncomfortable. Each person working did not greet us, let alone look up from what they were doing when asked a question. I went up to the case where the purse I wanted was and instead of asking the women, I checked the price again on their site. We were in casual wear and were relaxing on our days off ,which made me think they had issues with our appearance. It was so off putting that we were ignored, that I was going to order it online, but why would I give business to people who don't appreciate it. Customer service fail all around. I won't be back, nor will I recommend the place.

There are always so many great finds at Chic! The best part (besides the great clothes) is how helpful and nice the sales associates are - they make you feel welcome and are genuinely happy to assist in any way. Definitely check out Chic for some great luxury finds!

This is a very professionally run consignment store. She is very careful what she accepts on consignment. She is more than fair with her consigners and consignees. She is getting all of my hign end items for resale. ALso love the items in the store.

I usually love shopping here. I brouse when I'm in town. I was in earlier this week, shopping at all of the new Fall Arrivals. And I overheard the employees talking very poorly about a consigner and the clothes they brought in It broke my heart for the poor person thinking they were going to have a positive experience consigning their clothes ( which were pretty nice I may add )!! I talked to my friend who lives in Andover, as I'm retired and don't live there anymore and she said this is a recurring pattern according to other consigners. Just a bunch of female employees who gossip as soon as the consigners leave. Why are you talking about the people who are giving you your livelihood?? It's not only rude but unnessacary. Like another comment mentions, this is not Rodeo Drive. It's a consignment store. Be nicer humans!! Ugh

Consigners Beware! I believe their "contract" is not exactly legitimate. i will never consign there again nor will I ever shop there .

I've shopped a few times recently, and there's always something fun and well-priced to buy, and always a gorgeous high-end piece to dream about buying! I love the mix of high and low, and the ever-changing inventory.

My wife went to change a Gucci belt I bought yesterday, they really didn't change it for her on Christmas day, I thought it was an absurd lack of respect for a store not wanting to change a size from a size 90 to a size 85. I am very disappointed with the service. I hope I never go there again
