Poor customer service and failing business acumen. Inconsistent application of "bank policy". All that glitters isn't gold with this bank at this location, especially given their mantra of "people and relationships come first".

This particular branch of Enterprise bank is fantastic. We had been dealing with a different branch and had some frustrating experiences. We contacted the Andover location on High street and the managers Nachelle and Cheryl were both beyond helpful and because of them we finally got some things sorted out that we had been trying to resolve for months. Everyone at this branch is so nice and they make everything as easy as possible for their customers. Thank you!!!

Friendly tellers, easy parking, and free coffee! It's a bank. If you need to go into a bank, may as well choose one that has a wonderful environment and warm, friendly, helpful employees!

Can you choose negative numbers for a review? If so this place deserves it. Do not bank here unless you have no other options. In short, I hate this bank but the tellers are nice. The app they have is comical at best, it's broken more than it is functional. Online deposits take forever to post and the branches close at f****** 4 most days. Did I mention the iPhone app sucks? This bank is stuck in 2001 with its technology. Run from this bank of you can.
