“I am updating my review for Baron’s several years after the first one. This time, Brenden helped me. He answered all my questions, gave me all the info I needed and got me ordered and scheduled for delivery without me ever leaving the house! This is the type of service we used to expect everywhere but is often so hard to find these days. Appliances are big-ticket items that require some knowledge and options. Thanks Brenden- great job! Also, in between these two reviews, we’ve ordered several other appliances. Each time, Baron’s comes through for us!(2020) Once again, Barrons has gone above and beyond! In this case, it was Jeff Wilson who spent time with us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to feel comfortable that our purchase was the right one for us! Over the past 20 years, we have always compared prices and service when we are in need of an appliance and always seem to end up at Barons. Our last trip in reminds me why! “We bought two Queen mattresses here ten years ago, for us and for our guest bed and they have been great! Still incredibly comfortable. Our guests, including two sets of grandparents, are always happy. If I remember back that long ago, the staff helped us figure out the right amount of softness for our bed, since we are both side sleepers. Excellent quality and a great company.”

I like to shop local and had noticed that Carlitos had been around Haverhill for a while. This is a small family owned business and it is top-notch!! Amazing selection, outstanding customer service and affordable prices. The owner delivered it himself a few days after purchasing it. “I had a very pleasant experience at this store yesterday! The store manager Franko and his associate were both extremely kind and helpful. I REALLY appreciated how clean and cozy the store felt, unlike a couple other mattress stores I went to that just felt outright icky. Franko was steam cleaning mattresses as I came in for my appointment and again after I finished up trying them out.Each mattress has its own private little bedroom nook with curtains which cut out any and all awkwardness you would typically feel while trying out mattresses, this really helped with the decision making as it allowed me to actually get cozy in complete privacy. They also let you try out their pillows inside a fresh and REAL pillowcase and not just one of those weird paper covers that somehow still feels icky and totally ruins the feel of the pillow.As for the products, I was there to decide between the Wave Hybrid and Nova Hybrid. Both are insanely comfortable beds and it was a really tough decision but I ultimately chose the Wave Hybrid as it had a bit more support in my lumbar area which is very important to me with my two lower lumbar fractures. I liked the store and the products so much that I ended up ordering an entirely new sleep system including everything except the bed frame and now I’m dying for it to all arrive in a few weeks!The mail order mattress market and process is totally overcrowded and overwhelming and I think it’s really really cool that Casper actually has retail stores that give you the opportunity to try the products before you spend the money. I really hope that this review helps anyone struggling to decide on what to order. Just close all those open browser tabs right now and head down to Casper to talk to my dude Franko ASAP!”

“Jay Maher and Jordans Furniture get five stars times two. Jay Maher went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have a chair delivered to my home before a health treatment I was due to receive. The chair I wanted was in the warehouse sold to another customer who wasn't going to take delivery until the next month. Management called the customer to ask permission to sell it to me since another one would be there by the time they needed it. The couch will be delivered at a later time. Not only that, but everyone my husband and I encountered in the store were friendly, helpful and courteous. We don't find that all the time in retail sales anymore. It was the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. I won't hesitate to go back to this store and to find Jay Maher to help us.”
