“This store is such a refreshing change from what we experience in the malls. First, the merchandise is beautiful. It's traditional in beautiful fabrics and rich colors. Yes, it's expensive, but it will look good for years if you take care of it properly. The cashmere sweaters and scarves are absolutely decadent. Then there's the staff: very professional people who listen to a customer's wants and helps them find the products that suit the customer's needs. It's nearly impossible to find people like this anymore. And their love for the store and for its clothes is infectious and makes me want to buy things I don't need. It has everything....gorgeous clothes, friendly professional people, and an atmosphere from better times. The best!”

“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”

“Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”

The young girl that helped me this Friday evening was so helpful and was able to guess select a pair of dress pants for my boyfriend in under five minutes that fit perfectly!!”
“Clean and spacious store with a large variety of clothes and fragrances. Went in specifically to buy some perfumes and was pleasantly surprised to find them on sale. Other customers were rude and quite obnoxious but the cashier's were friendly, helpful and efficient. My only complaint would be how tight the walking-around-room is, walkways are tiny to begin with so the busy store was difficult to walk through. And that for the entire store, there was only two registers open so waiting to check out took a while, especially when other customers were making returns. I would return and recommend (especially the fragrances!).”
