“On 2/15 I called to see what time the Tewksbury mahoneys closed. The girl who answered the phone told me 6pm. I went there at 5:10 and the 2 men working had the lights off and was about to walk out because they actually closed at 5pm. They were so understanding about the mistake anbout what time the store closed they opened the store back up so I could get my plants that I needed to get. I wish I got their names. they helped me get what I needed to get and were so nice staying longer than they needed to making sure I was happy. They were both so wonderful.”

We were unfortunately unable to find any in stock, but he looked in every possible place which even included going up on a step ladder to look at the stock up top. In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.”
“Every time I go to this Home Depot I get the best service. We recently had to make a stand to hold a 11'w x 8'h stretchy fabric sign for a vendor display the next day. The person who ordered the sign fir got yo get a stand. Andy in the pvc fitting area was so helpful to figure what we needed and cut all the pipes for us. We saved a great deal doing this project ourselves and it was done so quickly. Thank Andy!Then I went to the lighting area to research smart light bulbs. Severo was kind to explain the differences in the many options and asked the right questions to figure which bulbs would meet my needs. Thanks Severo!”

He guided us through the store until we had everything we needed. If the other employees are half as good as Victor, this Home Depot is the place to shop.”
