I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

“Dan's Auto Repair shop has been my go-to place for a few years. Recently I took my 18 yrs old Rav4 there for brake pads and rotor replacement. Shortly after I returned to work, Jesse reached out via text message with details on the work and new parts needed. He also notified me some other issues revealed after the vehicle was lifted and wheels were taken off. Addressing these issues require specialized work that is not performed there. Jesse recommended a shop who is specialized in this type of work.
It's always a pleasure when I take my cars there for service. The waiting room is nicely set up. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. They do quality work to keep my cars in good shape. When the repair needed is out of their reach, they will recommend reputable specialists to ensure the work will be done properly. Dan's auto repair shop is like the primary doctor of my cars. “Good customer service. I took my car there to get a state inspection sticker, and they completed it within 10 minutes. They also checked my air conditioner refrigerant for free of charge. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which was a good thing. Overall, they have been a good automotive service so far. I would recommend this business.”

“Stopped in JIFFY LUBE SALEM hoping in between svc calls have my van oil changed, minute I drove in I was greeted by Ellis, said he could have the van
In/out with oil changed, extremely polite, 2 other technicians Justin an another were on it. One checking tire pressure the other filling the washer fluid, asked how my wiper blades are, I said fine, I mentioned my check engine lite had come on an Ellis said when oil is completed the manager Joe would take a look, 14 min later the van was pulled over to joe who Diagnosed a miss fire on plug #6. Being in between svc calls i scheduled for next Saturday am. OVER ALL DEFINITELY 5 STAR SVC Guys were fast, efficient, polite, very respectful of even a work van.. Will definitely return. Thank you Joe an Ellis an team for the exceptional service... Robert NEW ERA Plumbing an HVAC...”

“Henry was a life saver! I was two hours from home and my front right strut broke. I took my tacoma to Henry's after being denied by another garage that wouldn't even look at my truck to tell me if it was drivable. Henry took one look at the undercarriage and new what happened. He and his receptionist, Brooke, called several people trying to find the part I needed and eventually found one to get me on the road within a few hours. They were both kind and understanding. I felt like part of the family. If I didn't live so far away, I would be using them regularly. Thank you guys so much!”
