Excellent experience with Preferred Movers. This was my first move with them and it was flawless. I had a tricky long distance move and they made it simple. Jamie was so responsive and helpful as we planned the move. Jon did an amazing job of coordinating and doing the actual move. Highly recommended. These guys are GREAT!

Alex lead the crew that came to our home. As movers they cared about our possessions, they cared that we were pleased with where everything was placed. We felt that our home was well taken care of. Make sure you ask for Alex and his crew when using preferred movers.

The crews were very nice and showed up on time etc, however there is quite a bit of damage to my furniture.
All movers I’ve used in the past wrapped nearly everything in in blankets before moving it. The guys didn’t do that, I chose not to question it as they were doing it as they had great reviews, but now regret it.
They moved us from one house to another but had to put everything into a finished basement for a few weeks while work was done. When they came back to move up the furniture it became obvious a set of feet for a bed they disassembled were missing.
After several attempts to contact someone at the office I received a call back and was told to file an insurance claim for the basic insurance.
Very disappointed that we need to file a claim for negligence and not get even close to the value of a bed frame.
They did say they would consider doing more after me expressing my frustrations but it shouldn’t have to go that way.
I’d say if you use them be sure to have them wrap everything and get any extra insurance they offer.

Johnny and his crew did an AMAZING job with helping us move! They were professional, careful, and courteous! Johnny was also great with measurements and making sure how to maneuver the furniture! Thank you again for your help!

Sean and Rob were absolutely amazing! They showed up as veterans who have been doing this profession for a while and it shows! they were very respectful of our things and were so kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! If we ever move again they will be our first call! thank you guys!!!

Preferred Movers were fantastic! Tommy and Jimmy were friendly, professional, and handled our long-distance move perfectly. The pricing is incredibly competitive, and the communication and service unmatched. We hopefully won’t be moving again any time soon, but if we do need to move in the future we will definitely work with Preferred Movers again. 10/10 experience.

From the first call through the removal , the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them, and am not one to write reviews. This is my first, but it is well deserved.
