“I moved mid July 2025. The most incredible experience! They treated my furniture with such care, wrapping & packing every piece for maximum protection. The guys were pros, fitting my couch thru the smallest doorway was my biggest fear. They popped it right thru without any effort-I’m still amazed!! Also it was a beastly hot day & they worked so hard to get the move done in record time. Afterward they were very happy to move things into their desired places. I can’t recommend this company more!! Give these guys a big raise…they are everything great about this company! Btw the owner stopped by to make sure everything was going fine!”

“I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock. I left completely satisfied that my stuff is safe and that if anything comes up, I can give Mike a call!! Thank you Mike!!!!”

“So far so good. Looked at a small storage locker at one of the big extra storage places and the price was ridiculous. Like $200 min for anything. Came here and it was way cheaper for a small locker. Ended up not getting it but came back a couple months later and Nicholas showed us again and the process was super easy. Highly recommend the place if your looking for a decent storage space for that’s in a safe area. Only downside is you have to pay like $11 extra for insurance but you can prepay and get a small space for around $65-$90 if you just get a 5x10 like we did. But customer service was great and was never upsold hard or anything.”

“We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. “PSA You cannot store a vehicle at the 17 Dundee location in Andover MA. Would definitely recommend however management was super accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t able to find the unit i needed but they nicely put me on a notify list in case one popped up. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the individual who helped me, S/O to you whoever you are!”
