“I moved mid July 2025. The most incredible experience! They treated my furniture with such care, wrapping & packing every piece for maximum protection. The guys were pros, fitting my couch thru the smallest doorway was my biggest fear. They popped it right thru without any effort-I’m still amazed!! Also it was a beastly hot day & they worked so hard to get the move done in record time. Afterward they were very happy to move things into their desired places. I can’t recommend this company more!! Give these guys a big raise…they are everything great about this company! Btw the owner stopped by to make sure everything was going fine!”

“I have been a customer since July 20 25 and had been in a tough predicament where my dad passed away and I had to clean out the house and find storage for a lot of my belongings and honestly Alex has just been phenomenal! I have moved internally three or four times looking for different sizes and locations and Alex has been right there supporting me and giving me ideas and actually suggestions on what I should do moving forward as far as holding onto items and what to keep storing and he has been exactly spot on and has been a huge help through all of this and continues to do so. I feel greatly appreciative of all his help and feel very comfortable with all of the choices I have made, and I'm very glad that I can count on him while all my belongings are at the facility and not only is he knowledgeable, but he has a great sense of humor and a great personality so anyways kudos to him”

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and answered questions I didn't even think of. Facility was clean and very organized units are brand new. “I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock. I left completely satisfied that my stuff is safe and that if anything comes up, I can give Mike a call!! Thank you Mike!!!!”

“I've been a customer with Public storage for about 6 months now, I had an issue a few months ago that Karen the store manager was able to resolve for me and once again KAREN to the rescue. I had a discrepancy that I was not able to resolve with there customer service but Karen was able to put me at ease and helped resolve the issue again. “We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. She is awesome, she made our time of hardship and sadness much better. She is very sweet and definitely went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jodie so much!!!!”

“PSA You cannot store a vehicle at the 17 Dundee location in Andover MA. Would definitely recommend however management was super accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t able to find the unit i needed but they nicely put me on a notify list in case one popped up. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the individual who helped me, S/O to you whoever you are!”
