A couple of weeks ago there was a large snow storm in the area and I had lost heat at my house. My family ended up spending several days at the Sonesta ES which was amazing. The 2 Bedroom suite was ideal for my family of 5 spacous and modern. With hot breakfast provided each morning we only had to worry about our dinner. We were able to make our own dinner each night in the kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable. If I ever need a placec to stay again with my family I will only choose the Sonesta ES.Safety: I was very comfortabl staying there with my family.

I had to spend 8 weeks there after flooding and I am really pleased with my choice. The negatives I have are small. Some of the water fixtures were flimsy and a bit finicky. The 2 top stove was very slow. Quality microwave and generous sized dishwasher and fridge. The kitchenette was well kitted with most things you would need to cook, dishes, a saucepan and a frying pan. The sheets could have been softer but the bed itself (and the pillows) were great.Breakfast was okay. Hot oatmeal with tons of mix ins was my go to. The eggs etc were okay but the "taco mix" got a bit boring. There were muffins and toastables and a rather nifty pancake machine. The coffee was okay but I brought my own coffee. As a dog owner I was thrilled. I was able to get a 1st floor room near 2 exits for easy walking. There are frequent exits so you are always near one. 99% of other dogs were well picked up after and the owners were great at communicating so avoiding situations was very easy. Most of the surrounding office buildings were very comfortable with dogs being walked on property and there are a ton of green spaces but lots of hills. There was even dog art in the room! The staff was amazing, Rebecca and Cara in particular. When my "4 week" stay kept getting extended they were wonderful. Everyone was super sweet with my nervous dog and always offered cookies.I would definitely stay there again of the need arose.

Nicely renovated extended stay hotel. Location was convenient to the highway, and felt safe at night with a well-lit parking lot. Rooms were nicely furnished and were generally clean. Nice to have a full kitchen, fridge, and living room, in addition to the bedrooms. We opted for the 2 bedroom suite, which had 2 queen beds in one bedroom with its own bathroom, and a separate bedroom and bathroom with a king-size bed. Walls/floors were a bit thin, so do expect some noise from neighbors walking around/playing music, but when we turned on the Vornado fan we brought, we couldn’t really hear a thing. Breakfast was fine, and common areas were well-kept. Front desk staff was always pleasant during our 2 stays here, and the gym has a water-bottle refilling station, in addition to several new machines and a Peloton bike. Overall, great stay the first time which led to a repeat visit later the same week!Rooms: Renovated, clean, well-keptSafety: Safe neighborhood, well-lit parking lot.Walkability: Great Italian restaurant, Andiamo’s, as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts are both within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel with my 9yr old grandson. We were displaced from our apartment and until we found our new place to live one month turned into 3 months.Even the sales and marketing manager gave us a decent price on our room it became very expensive.I did explain that I receive my pension and disability at certain times of the month. With that being said the assistant manager Nancy Figueroa tried very hard to work with me. Which was difficult on both sides. But then came Katrina Belechova the General Manager. She worked with me until it became difficult to pay. I would have to wait until my next paycheck. Sadly she said she could no longer accommodate us and we would have to vacate. We had no where to go!She then called the APD to make us leave. I understand the hotel has to make money but there should be programs in ES hotels for people as myself. When a friend donated his reward points and another one helped financially we were I was accused of solicitation to other guests by Ms. Belechova. She was a tyrant, showed no compassion whatsoever and decided to vacate us by the APD again. Finally ended when I had to seek legal counsel. I was a great guest/ Tennant in a very difficult situation. But these corporate hotels only think about making money!

Front desk staff is very nice. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds. No pillow or blankets for the use of the sofa bed.Very busy hotel, seems to have people living there full-time but that's not a bother to me.One thing I found was that all the cleaning staff and breakfast buffet staff were very rude and cold, not that I expect full attention but when you smile or ask a question I would expect a little kindness and response...they just look at you and turn away. The night before check out, there was a police presence there for a brief time, and later, there was a group of guys with cases of beer drinking in the lobby...(seemed to have been a nightly thing, i had seen) When I had checked out in the morning, the front desk clerk had asked me if I heard anything during the night that was concerning....I didn't but I'm assuming they had problems that night.

Cockroaches all over our room disgusting, the receptionist said "we probably brought them with us'.We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite for $875.00. There were enough towels for the first night and we had to go get our own from the desk for the second night.

Generally hotel is ok except you may not want to take the lower floors because the floors are thin and your neighbours above if noisy can really keep ypu awake. I had a neighbour on the 3rd floor who were constantly walking the entire night for whatever reason so we didn't get any sleep. When we complained hotel said they couldn't do anything.

This hotel was wonderful! I came here two weeks ago to go to Salem, MA, and I am so glad we chose to stay here. The check in is easy, there is plenty of parking, and the location is right off the I93. There is a gas station near by, Chili's , an Italian Restaurant on both sides of the highways. The rooms are modern, spacious, super clean and well priced. When we noticed our room was not stocked with any handsoap, we were able to get some from the front desk. This hotel also has a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice, and a dining table. They also had a really nice samsung flatscreen tv with cable, unfortunately they didnt have any apps like netflix,I hope that can be an option some day. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, some of the best sleep I have gotten in a long time.I did appreciate the breakfast being included. They had pancakes, pastries, eggs, sausages, fruits, yogurts, coffee and tea you can take to go along with OJ. They do breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 and also sell snacks in the lobby for purchase.Even though we came here in the fall, this place looks great for the summer with an outdoor pool, grills, fireplace and lawn games. They also have a nice fitness center. If you have kids you can play board games or watch sports games in the lobbies, they have lots of seating and tables.Only con about this place is the elevator takes a while, for a hotel this large they should invest in a second elevator.

I have stayed here a few times since my son started college in the area and it’s been a great experience. It’s located in an industrial but has parking and homelike amenities. We used their available outdoor grills and patio and saw others sitting around the fire pit. The rooms are modern and they also have a great breakfast. Thank you!

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. My husband and I were there over the weekend and from the start it was a miserable experience. Between checking us in and charging us the wrong amount to then later on that night having no record of our check in and then charging us again to THEN receiving the wrong room (we reserved a king and were given a room with two full size beds) and then the front desk staff trying to tell us this was an upgrade from what we reserved. We were then switched to a different room the next day and upon our departure alerted the front desk staff about the two charges and how unhappy we were regarding the check in and first night were were there. We were told the charges were being released and that we would hear from a manager the next day (this past Monday). Fast forward to today and we have had no contact from the manager and both charges have cleared through my account. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and returned because we enjoyed our stay but we will never stay there again. Absolutely ridiculous. Their customer service is awful.

I would recommend here only if you plan on being up by 0800 and ready to get out and explore. I would not recommend for someone using if short term like a travel healthcare professional. I work mid shift and stayed here between airbnbs and they are constantly doing construction while I would be sleeping. Nighttime was very quiet. Breakfast was decent but pancake machine was constantly broken. The pool wasn't open due to construction. The gym was a decent gym for sure. The rooms were very clean and great amenities. The grounds were nicely landscaped but the construction crew has trashed it so badly with tons and tons of beer bottles broken everywhere, their caulking supplies all over, pieces of trash and hardware everywhere. So without the construction solid 8 out of 10. With it 4 out of 10.

Was in town for a graduation. The hotel is still under construction and certain amenities, like the pool, we're not available. The room was ok. Everything appeared clean. Bed was comfortable. The best part for me was the staff. They were very helpful and as accommodating as they could be. I really appreciated that.
