The guy behind the counter here is one of least helpful customer service experiences I’ve ever had, multiple times. The store supposedly does notary work but he told me “he couldn’t do that”. He would
laminate some documents for me but refused others. I tried to ship something to a friend using said friend’s UPS account and he said “he couldn’t do that”. Starting to think this employee just makes up things that are convenient for him

The best UPS store I’ve ever been to. Great customer service! Kevin and Tom were both so kind and willing to help me with a nightmare Amazon return that consisted of 15 boxes that were all 14 lbs each. They made the process as seamless as could be and smiled through it all. Thank you guys!

I was removing a hand cart from my trunk in order to transport a large, oversized, heavy box into the store. Tom, a member of the store, saw me and informed me he'd be happy to carry the box for me. It was so unexpected and thoughtful. I really appreciated the help.

I have to agree with at least one other reviewer here that this UPS store seems to be always closed. I have tried going here numerous times at various times of day only to find it closed with a sign suggesting they might be back in a couple of hours.
