Excellent service. I went today and the folks who were wrapping up for the day were so kind that allowed me to drop my mail at 5:29. Yes. It took me a while to gather my mail and pack it and they helped me. I am very grateful.

Only one employee here I like, and he’s the best. Every time I go in he has a smile on his face. The rest act like helping you is benching 300 pounds haha

Very lovely people. It was my first time at a post office in 10 years and I came right at closing time on a Friday (horrible timing, I know) and they very patiently provided helpful instructions and tips on what to do based on which envelope I used.

Terrible customer service. I had an passport appointment for 2 months old daughter. I came in 10.35 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. I let the usps associate know that we arrived and waiting for a passport appointment. They let us in 15 minutes later asking if we filled the application. We hadn't filled the application. They without any apologies told us that they can't help us and we have to come in again.

Went there and had one of the best experiences. A guy name Tom was very helpful, fast and nice. Was there some other time and someone else told me to kick rocks for the same return. Ask for Tom if he's available.
