Just when you think customer service is nonexistent and a thing of the past, I made a visit to the local Verizon store in Andover mass, I was met at the door by the manager, holding it open for me, asking me how we could help displaying a smile and professionalism.
A very refreshing experience!

I had an excellent experience shopping at the Verizon store in Andover recently. I was looking to purchase an Apple Watch for my husband and Erick was such a help. He understood the pricing and made signing up easy and got me some discounts. I was in there 3 times for various reasons (no fault of his, just the process because it was a gift.). He was very knowledgeable of the products and the system. And he was super nice every time I was in there!
