“I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.”
“Been with methen vet since at least 2008 or 2007. They have taken care of my pets one who is almost 15 year old cat. With three cats weve had many illnesses and they have helped with every since one of our pets from hellos to goodbyes. Thank you methuen vet!!!”

“I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.”
“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.”

“Our dog loves it here! The staff are incredible. I feel so safe dropping him off here during the week! Only downside is that it's weekday only. But they do a great job of keeping him social during the week!”
“To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.”
“Dr. Kim has been so supportive and responsive every time I’ve had a concern about my dog. I can call him with a question and he calls back as soon as he can with his thoughts and if he thinks she needs to be looked at he will set up an appointment. If he doesn’t think she needs an appointment he helps us understand how we can best treat her at home.”
“I truly do not know where to begin to say how wonderful this entire group is to deal with. Started with Sam who was the most kind, patient, helpful person during me booking a consult with them. He was honestly so professional and I was grateful to have his help. Our visit with them was just as wonderful. We met Sam and he was just as great and met with Brenda Bouffard, DVM. Our kitty has dental problems and Dr. Bouffard, had so much empathy for our pet. So nice to see true compassion. I feel we are in the best hands possible. This office is wonderful. He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered.
