The service is great. They let you take as much time as you need, they are very helpful if you have any questions. I just wish Arlington had no parking meters

Arlington has a few stores where you can buy gifts, but Arlington Centered is the one where I want to gift all the things to myself. Its right on Mass Ave across from Kickstand Cafe and is affiliated with Davis squared in Somerville. Expect to pay for a meter if you drive. There's on street parking and the Arlington Center parking lot which always has space. I always buy my sister-in-law earrings here for Christmas, but really I want them. There are funny gifts, trendy gifts, beautiful gifts. Gifts for foodies, grandmas, babies, etc. Hostess gifts, birthday gifts, holiday gifts, white elephant gifts for your yankee swap. I would not come here to buy gifts for a child. There is Henry Bears Park down the street for that. But other than that you could pretty much buy anybody a gift here.

I came into this store with one of my friends. We had a phone call while shopping and the cashier responded in such a nasty manner because apparently she couldn’t use the bathroom while we were in the store. I have never been spoken to like that in a store where I was planning on spending over $100-$200 in one visit. I dropped most of my planned purchases and do not plan on ever returning to that store. Do not come to this store if you plan on being treated and spoken with an ounce of respect and courtesy.

Shopping from Chicago, but wanting to support local business with gifts for friends in Arlington, I looked around online and found Arlington Centered. I couldn't have been better served! They had the online shopping routine down pat: I told them about what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend. They sent pictures, and we messaged back and forth--switching out items, and looking for better options--until we got the gift box just right.
