Not a B of A customer and based on how I was treated outside the establishment I don’t plan on becoming one. They have a huge parking lot and I’m sorry but I highly doubt the amount of spaces this bank takes up is truly needed by customers or staff. I don’t need to be screamed at for “taking a Bank customer parking space” and threatened to be towed in order to take my cat to the vet in the same building.

Horrible experience inside and out. While parking in the parking lot their security guard proceeds to scream at everyone supposedly doing his job by making sure bank only parking is ‘secure’ When asked if he worked at the establishment he became hostile and aggressive. When inquiring inside about said securityGuard customer service was lacking.

I am customer for Bank of America for 20 years. I never had this much disappointed from a branch. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and an adviser said someone will take care of my issue in few minutes. I waited then the manager came and made lots of excuses to dismiss me; We do not have time, you must make an appointment, you should come with your account co-signer, ….Bank of America branches were great in old times but seems it is the matter of past.

Touch my car again and watch how fast I switch to Chase. There is no reason why BofA should be allocated that many parking spaces when there are medical offices and a large daycare center in the immediate vicinity. Harassing your customers in the parking lot is not a good look.

You would think if these morons closed the Belmont branches on Saturday, they would be adequately staffed in Arlington. Not the case. BOA is 0 in customer service.

Very good experience at this BoA branch. I needed to securely wire a down payment for my home closing. The staff there were very helpful, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and the wiring went smoothly.

Terrible! Fraud issues since January. still not solved. Several in person meetings has not helped. Phone calls promised never happened. Money continuously withdrawn from account that is supposedly frozen. Both in person and phone personal not helpful and apparently not able to do their job.

I went to the Arlington Center to open a savings AC after fixing an appointment . The office is spacious and brightly lit. After warmly greeted and comfortably seated by the front desk, i was ushered into the private office of the Customer Service Associate Ms. Antonieta Tavares. She professionally and effeciently guided me with all details ,explained the futures and options available and ably helped me to open the account . It all took ~10 mts.. i was given the access to my INB then and there and assured delivery of my debit cards in a week's time . And they were delivered too . The kind associate called me after a week to check everything is fine and i had received my debit cards.Truly commendable service . Looking forward for furthering my new relationship.

Was going to park here and use the atm but I guess they are paying a guy to sit I the parking lot to tell me it’s a private lot.Said if I left my car there he was going to get it towed and the sign says it’s for the bank?Awful customer experience. The parking lots was mostly empty except for 3 cars and this guy in a yellow Subaru Forester.

I have been dealing with the same issue for 2 months. Steve referred me to Dailan who was to email me to recap my 1 hour sit down and never did and put in his laptop to touch base with me in 1 week never did. He gave me his cell number number left message no call back. The 800 number is also pathetic giving me the run around. Please help.

I was having some problem with my banking so I went into the financial center hoping they would help…oh boy was I in for a surprise. Steve who was the manager was acting mad and told me that I had to solve the issue by myself. He was being disrespectful and was acting carelessly. I won’t be coming back to this place because of the rude employees

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others who rated this branch poorly. Every time I come here, there is always a long line for the tellers, and never any sense of urgency. When I finally get up to the teller, there is never any "sorry for the wait" or "thanks for waiting". Today, I went in to deposit a check, and the teller took more than 10 minutes to complete this task and on top of it, asked me why I didn't "just do it on the app." Consistently slow and rude service here. I only go because it is close to my house.

Waited very long time in line today. Only one teller on a Saturday?
