Brattle Drive Apartments offers good apartments in a great Arlington location, close to downtown and surrounding towns. The old buildings are low-key with ample room and good light. Maintenance is nice and typically handled on time, though the main office can be difficult to contact. Move-in costs are high, requiring up to three times the monthly rent. There is also a high convenience fee for online rent payments. It is very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and other essentials.

Very friendly management. I love how Steve Saltzman always is very accommodative of reasonable requests. When I make requests his response has always been "that shouldn't be a problem Vijay" I had amazing experience staying there. They should give Steve a hike :).
