try to avoid any transactions in person majority are done via mail. . past interactions with the "help" has not been positive. agree with the other 2 reviewers. {ie. the drive-up teller returns me 15+ bills plus an envelope didn't bother/make the effort to put the bills into the envelope huh? another teller deposits a check into my account when i wanted the check cashed. never bothered to ask? what?

I have a great deal of difficulty with Brookline Bank's online security system + their phone customer service representatives...a deadly combination. I'm thinking of pulling out my measly $9,500 emergency fund + moving it to East Cambridge Savings Bank instead. I also bank with East Boston Savings + they are MUCH, MUCH BETTER, too!
