Setting up an appt and receiving the vaccines was done efficiently. In minutes I was heading back out the door. Definitely, recommend.

Come back later for medication because system is down? Are you kidding? Apparently they cannot turn around and pick a prescription out of a basket without a computer to tell them what to do.

This store is always incredibly busy. That being said the people who work there are incredibly kind and patient. My mom was able to get her Covid shot within 10 minutes without an appointment while I waited for my medication to be filled. My doctor had sent in the order maybe a minute or two before I arrived and I was able to get it within 10 minutes without any problems. Extra impressive because they had about 10-15 people in line and I watched them help everyone get their medications in about 5 minutes. That’s amazing. The woman who gave my mom her shot was also working behind the counter and checked my RX status for me. The staff never says “that’s not my job” they just work hard and help however they can. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 15 years now and I only have good things to say. I rarely have any problems but when I do they’re quick to correct it and always provide great customer service.

Very disappointing experience. A young man in a purple T-shirt (an intern, as it turned out) lied to me and made me waste almost an hour. I received a notification that my order was ready, but when I came, he couldn’t find it and told me it still needed “final approval” and that someone would call me. No one called. When I returned an hour later, I was told the order had been ready all along. Totally unacceptable.

This CVS is so bad that I can no longer use any CVS. If you have a medicine that needs to be mixed you sometimes have to check in multiple times before they will start to mix it. They once told me to wait for a med that it turned out they didn’t have. The waits are awful. They have a ton of people working in the back but are still incredibly inefficient, probably because they have high turnover and are always training new people.

Over the past several months, I’ve had some tricky prescriptions to navigate through. The team at the Arlington CVS has been outstanding. They’ve reached out to ensures multiple times to solve problems on the spot. My greatest thanks and a high recommendation.

Waited 40 minutes in line at the drive tru and nobody helped me. They rolled the barrier down when there was one car ahead of me, no sign or announcement that they had closed the drive tru.

I stopped going here because they gave me my prescription without a label, just a blank pill bottle. In addition, the customer service is abysmal.

What a disaster! CVS has a new system that requires customers to enter their name and DOB into a touch screen. First, it takes way longer than simply telling the CVS cashier one's name and DOB so there was a loooong line of people waiting. Also, the touch screen is problematic - it wouldn't respond to my touch so the employee had to enter the info anyway. Meanwhile a long line of people waited. Also, BTW, the self-pay machines at the front don't work well and continually require a cashier to come help or, worse yet, require the customer to gather their items and move to the cashier station. I'm switching to Walgreens.

I had a problem with a very time sensitive pickup, and Shahrina at the counter was extremely helpful in getting the prescription filled. She’s a hero!
