CVS in Arlington offers a range of health and personal care services, making it convenient for customers to manage their health needs. The store is open seven days a week, providing easy access for prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, and everyday items like snacks, pet toys, and personal care products. Many customers appreciate how straightforward and quick it is to schedule vaccinations and receive services, with some praising the pharmacy staff for their promptness and helpfulness. However, experiences with staff vary. Some customers have encountered unprofessional and rude behavior, describing instances where staff treated them in a disrespectful manner, sometimes with attitudes that seemed dismissive or discriminatory. One customer specifically mentioned being treated poorly and questioned whether the store cares about customer respect, though a positive note was made about the manager who listened and handled concerns with dignity. On the other hand, several reviews highlight employees like Yashika and Nana for their kindness, helpfulness, and positive attitudes, which made a significant difference in the shopping experience. Overall, CVS in Arlington is seen as a place that offers essential health services and convenience, but customer experiences depend greatly on the staff members present during each visit. The store's management has been praised when they respond appropriately to concerns, but there are ongoing issues with staff professionalism and customer treatment that need attention.
Most staffs at pharmacy are very nice and professional, they are very knowledgeable and could help at any point. But I saw one staff using his hands touch the oral medicine without gloves. And might have issues with cross contamination.

Place is an absolute train wreck. Employee at the pharmacy are some of the rudest, laziest, nastiest people u have ever encountered. Store is filthy, especially the pharmacy. Stuff thrown all over the floor.

The woman at the pharmacy was so rude. My sister had surgery this morning and her pain medication was sent through at 9:30 am this morning. She had no sympathy, was smirking, being rude. Genuinely don’t understand acting that way. You never know what someone is going through.
