Most staffs at pharmacy are very nice and professional, they are very knowledgeable and could help at any point. But I saw one staff using his hands touch the oral medicine without gloves. And might have issues with cross contamination.

I scheduled an MMR vaccine at the 833 Mass. Ave. CVS in Arlington, MA. Scheduling is amazingly easy, with many store locations and many open times in my area. At the appointment time I was promptly greeted, and received the vaccine from a pleasant pharmacy staff member within a couple minutes!
Because scheduling with CVS is SO convenient, I have been having most vaccines at a CVS.

I have being using CVS for the past 30 years , I never had major issues , today I was treated inhumane by the staff at this location, a woman named Meghan which went to school to be a pharmacist acted like she worked at a jail facility ( rude and unprofessional) no manners whatsoever, I was complaining because I received a message that my child medication was ready for pick up but when I went to the drive through they said no medication on record they gave me the Driving while black attitude, but after seeing all the reviews I see that they treat everyone rude including my fellow Caucasian brothers and sisters ,
One positive statement why I left the 4 stars it was actually for the manager who listened to my concerns and filled my prescription with dignity and respect , manager was grounded and educated
The rest of the staff totally needs more education in customer service and equality,
Mind you I was not at the store looking to borrow money from them but trying to receive a service which they are being paid to provide ,
Having a bachelor's or master degree does not make you superior or better than anyone , having wisdom to treat others with respect is the ultimate gesture.
First time and last time I visit that place .
A pharmacist asking me to leave their store because I was trying to convey my mind.
Let us boycot this place unless they teach this non educated people manners.
CVS do you care ?
Are you listening, some of your staff have no respect for customers some dealing with really bad medical conditions.

Place is an absolute train wreck. Employee at the pharmacy are some of the rudest, laziest, nastiest people u have ever encountered. Store is filthy, especially the pharmacy. Stuff thrown all over the floor.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experiences due to the lack of professionalism by certain employees over the years. For starters, my medication was switched to another medication that had a similar name. When I called to ask if this new prescription was in stock, they insisted it was the same medication I was prescribed before, and that it wasn’t in stock. The woman gave me an attitude for questioning the information, and didn’t care to look closer into my med list. One thing you can be sure of is that there will be a long line of people with only one register open, while there seems to be plenty of people on shift to temporarily open another. I have the CVS app downloaded, and I am subscribed to text notifications. They’ve notified me prescriptions were filled, just to arrive and find out they weren’t which meant waiting an extra 15-20 minutes. Long wait. Poor customer service. Bad communication. I can’t speak for all of the employees, and I hate to be a Karen, but I’d go to a different location if you’re looking for a pharmacy that respects you and your time.

Consistently the worst pharmacy in history. Understaffed. Morale is rock bottom. Associates burnt out and indifferent to customers. You will end up waiting in a long line only to find out your prescription was never processed. Then wait again. Computer system is unreliable. There is 100% chance there will be a problem with your prescription. Plan on spending at least a half hour waiting. Awful!!

The woman at the pharmacy was so rude. My sister had surgery this morning and her pain medication was sent through at 9:30 am this morning. She had no sympathy, was smirking, being rude. Genuinely don’t understand acting that way. You never know what someone is going through.

Not the best store. Staff is mostly unpleasant, with of course a few exceptions. I only go there because of the convenient location, but I try and avoid any interaction with staff members as much as possible (I can't stand the irritating monotone sterile voice that unprofessional and untrained recruits have when they "attempt to talk" to you).
Agree with the majority of the reviews regarding the Pharmacy service: in one word TERRIBLE. To the point that you'd believe you're part of some weird candid camera setup.
If you want to feel depressed for the rest of the day, this CVS is the place to go!

Some weird stuff here, but relatively clean. Make sure to use coupons to bring prices to normal-ish levels.

Thanks to the new phone system, you can’t reach a live person. You can leave a message but they don’t call back. So tonight I’m literally going to drive over to check prescription status. I hear people are having better luck at Walgreens. At least you can call in to speak with a live person.

A racist pharmacist is working at CVS in Arlington City, MA. He asked me to use a machine to enter my personal information, assuming I didn't speak English. Then, I asked him why my medication was not covered by insurance. He didn't give me an explanation--such a terrible experience.

Great pharmacy help ... They were able to fill a new Rx from my Michigan doctor at the Massachusetts CVS.

Why on earth is the automated system so INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT!!! What if a person calls that cannot speak?! For a healthcare company CVS is the worst!!! They make deals with insurance so they are the only choice for a LOT of plans so you can’t go anywhere else. Then the pharmacy staff is overworked and full of attitude so they don’t want to help. Recipe for disaster! Do better
