“Moved to MA just last Sunday for a new job. During that 24+ drive to MA, my water bottle spill and seeped into my work/school computer. Completely destroyed the display and board. Ned completely fixed it all within a day. Cost of the repair was less than half the cost of a brand new computer. Actually saved my data and time!”

219 Newbury St, Boston MA 02116
“Pan Pan is the absolute best, he helped me set up a brand new phone when the motherboard to my old one got fried (10 minutes before he was supposed to close the shop. He stayed open just to help.) He got me a brand new phone with a fresh screen protector that was able to integrate with my current network, LIFE SAVER. I came back because the customer service was excellent and they helped me integrate all my apps into a new computer for similar price. Helped me maintain internal parts of my job twice at last minutes notice. Hands down 11/10. I’d spend the time to come downtown anytime than waste it at Target or Walmart.”

“We had a mid-morning appointment scheduled, but it had to be cancelled because the owner had an unexpected personal commitment. However, the owner contacted us offering an earlier appointment outside of regular hours to accommodate us to fix an ongoing computer issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice. We were really appreciative of his flexibility, as it greatly reduced the stress of dealing with this technology problem. Highly recommend!”

“Mikael is wonderful - honest and kind and extremely knowledgable - the older stereo I brought to him for repair had extensive damage to the turntable the tape deck and CD player as well as the speakers and it would have cost more to fix than it cost to purchase - so I decided not to go ahead - and he offered to take it and recycle it for me- I can't say enough good about him-”

“My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me. The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.”

“Surprised with all the bad reviews. I've always find Boris to be very honest and capable. He's fixed the variety of my amplifiers and tape decks in VCR's that I keep around for archival purposes so all that stuff is really old and he's kept it running for me I would recommend them to any of my friends.”

The technician then correctly diagnosed the parts needed and reordered.them. No issues with the technician who was knowledgeable and fast”
