I joined this gym 3 months ago to get out of a home workout rut and I love it here! Every trainer is super friendly and gets to know you and your form before pushing you to progress to a more difficult form or take on more weights. They're also very helpful in supplying alternatives to work around injury or ability.

Great space, coaches, and workouts. Everyone is welcoming and friendly (especially Kat, who did my onboarding sessions). Vince, the owner, is friendly, a great coach, and puts in a lot of work to create the workouts and build a community.Workouts are a great mix of lifting/strength exercises and conditioning/cardio; I loved that they have rowers, air runners, ski ergs, and rowers.Would definitely recommend for those in the area looking for a gym/great community.

I was a member at Graviton for 4 years. I’ve had an exceptional experience. The space is huge, coaches are knowledgeable, community is friendly and the programming is fun!The initial onboarding was informative. Since I had no prior weightlifting experience, I was taught via several one-on-one sessions how to safely perform movements like kettlebell swings, deadlifts, squats, bench presses and pullups. I was given pointers on nutrition, protein intake and number of classes I must target in order to achieve my goals. The gym has a variety of equipment like rigs, squat racks, rings, kettle bells, medicine balls, rowing machines and SkiErgs.Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They monitor your form during class and help you rectify it. Shout out to Vince, Tony and Sophie for conducting wonderful classes. The workouts are programmed and posted in advance, so members can view it before coming to class. The programming is dynamic, so it can be scaled to meet your fitness level. We did all kinds of exercises like front squats, back squats, power cleans, turkish getups, thrusters, deadlifts, ring rows, rope pulls, push press, wall walks etc.I made consistent progress in strength, endurance, skill and confidence while I was a member here. I’ll miss Graviton and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly and welcoming place regardless of your experience level. Classes are energizing, well planned, and a great workout for both cardio and strength building. As someone who was never really comfortable with using weights, this place taught me the correct techniques and gave me a lot of confidence!

I highly recommend this locally-owned, community-based gym for excellent small group classes and tailored coaching!I was a member at Graviton for two years -- including the height of the pandemic -- and always found the staff to be incredibly helpful, conscientious, and encouraging. The classes are rigorous but accessible and can be tailored to meet your needs, goals, and abilities.Vince, the owner, makes a point of accommodating schedule changes, travel/absence, injuries, etc. in a thoughtful and generous way. The coaches were personally invested in my performance and progress. I found that the members themselves develop rapport and camaraderie with the cohorts that show up at certain class times as well. You work hard but you have fun and share solidarity! The environment is also inclusive of all body types, genders, identities, and levels of experience. I loved seeing a wide diversity of the local community represented in class.I definitely made progress in strength, endurance, nutrition, confidence, and skill while I was a member here. I only left due to a personal move that took me out of state. I will miss Graviton and would recommend it to a friend or neighbor in a heartbeat! If you can show up and follow a coach's instructions, Graviton can probably get you to your fitness destination. This is a one-stop-shop to support your local small business, advance your self-care, and cheer others on. Special shout-out for classes with Sophie, Tony, and Viviana (the best Saturday AM boost!)

I had a great time at Graviton Fitness. I visited the gym for two months and would describe it as an inviting and challenging space. Graviton was a great fit for me as I was looking for a team-oriented gym. I would recommend it to anyone searching for a gym that incorporates powerlifting, calisthenics, and HIIT-cardio moves in their program. I have left a little note on what stood out for me at the gym.Onboarding: Following my initial contact with Vince, I scheduled a consultation to see the types of equipment available at the gym, and learn about the gym’s program. Vince and the other coaches provided me with pointers on safely performing exercises like the Kettlebell swings, Bench Press, and Romanian Deadlifts.Equipment: The gym has an assortment of equipment. There are many squat racks, rowers, stationary bikes, treadmills, and skiErgs. There are also plenty of kettlebells and dumbbells available.Classes: Except Saturdays, there were plenty of classes to join. The app used to sign up for classes was easy to use.Community: The gym members were encouraging and easygoing.Coaches: The coaches were amazing. I appreciated the attentiveness, energy, and rapport that Vince, Sophie, and Tony built with members.

Graviton is the best gym around. The facility is great and has some of the best equipment. The community puts this gym on another level. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. The coaches take their time to make sure you are doing all the movements right, The programming is fun and challenging, which put me in top shape. Vince and his staff are some of the best around

So, I'm a bit of an outlier - I'm 65 years old and although I've always been athletic, I've never done any real athletic training before. Being older, I'm not as strong and don't have the endurance of many of the members and also, I'm just slower to pick things up because of my age.The staff took me on with no questions asked. They start you out with one-on-one sessions and I did need quite a few of those before starting the mainstream classes. Nobody has any attitude, people are positive and encouraging especially if they see you making the effort. The workouts are *hard* but if I ask for a modification for something I can't do or can't do easily, they always come up with one. Also, I feel pretty safe - when you start out, the staff is always watching you, getting you to do everything the right way. I feel invigorated and challenged (and sore) after a workout. Bringing it into my outside life, I'm more confident about myself and more physically balanced and self aware and feel I have both more stamina now and more strength.

This is the best gym experience I've had in my decades of gym-going (...or NOT going). It is community filled an engaged group of members with a mix of abilities and age groups. Every week brings a variety of workouts designed to work the whole body, with my appreciation being the weekly work on legs and core strength. Vince and the great group of instructors always offer up a variety of workouts that focus on different parts of the body throughout the week, with variations on exercises so that each member can modify to suit their current physical condition, work around injuries, etc. I am glad to be able to modify workouts so that inevitable injuries don't keep me from getting in a workout.I was under the false impression that running, biking, and swimming would keep me fit. Adding Graviton workouts has made a significant difference to my overall strength and conditioning and has me finishing the runs and bikes feeling stronger. Two thumbs up!

I’ve been coming to Graviton for a few years, and even after moving towns (multiple times!) I keep coming back. In my mind, the culture is what sets Graviton apart from other weightlifting gyms - everyone is welcoming and will embrace you no matter what level. No “bro atmosphere” that turns a lot of people away from lifting, just a bunch of bad@sses from all walks of life that like to push themselves.Coaches/programming also fab- the focus is always on safe form and efficient movements, instead of throwing weight around as fast and heavy as possible!

I use to swim to always be ready for surfing and then I decided to join Graviton to take my fitness to another level. I stopped swimming because I think Graviton gives me everything swimming did and more. My pop became quicker and my recovery time in between waves was quicker. I'm a wedding photographer and after a few months at Graviton I noticed being on my feet for 8 hours at a wedding was taking less of a toll. Vince and the team don't focus just on maximum output but instead focus on quality of movement. Learning in the supportive environment Vince created has become an important community experience that goes beyond fitness. As someone over 40 I've realized an environment like this plays a crucial role in aging gracefully.
