I came here on a freezing night. I had no gloves. I needed air in one of the tires. I paid twice and the machine was just taking my money and no air was coming out. I asked if they can help. Two useless men sat there watching me struggle to pay for the third time. I asked again politely if they can help. They both looked at me and continued talking in their native tongue which I believe it’s Arabic or an accent of Arabic. I hope no one needs help when only these two are around. Shameless individuals.

I brought my car here because of the good reviews (my regular mechanic was out of the state on a extended vacation)
I had something just replaced on my vehicle about a month and a half prior when I brought my car to A&R because of a similar issue A&R said I needed all new parts that had just been replaced at my regular mechanic and just to make sure they were replaced I brought my car to 2 different places to make sure and they both said not true that part was just replaced I only needed a minor fix.
What a shame A&R would pull that on a woman.

I have had several inspections and several oil changes here over the years and it has always been a good experience. The staff are very reasonable, informative and nice. My battery died during one visit for gas and the owner's son was nice enough to offer me a ride home while they waited for the battery to be delivered same day. All positive experiences over my years of coming here.

I would not recommend getting an inspection here. We called ahead to confirm that an inspection could be performed, and upon arrival, we were informed that they only accept cash, not card payments. We had $30 on hand, and they offered to process a $6 surcharge via their credit card scanner (for a $35 inspection). When we inquired about the reason for the extra charge and their ability to use their scanner for the full $35 price the staff became unprofessional, raising their voices and insisting they were 'doing us a favor.' Ultimately, we left and found an alternative down the street. I would advise finding another establishment to avoid unnecessary complications

I was there for a car inspection. I called for inspection times in advance and was given incorrect information, so I had to leave and come back later. They were unnecessarily rude to me.

After two other local garages gave us lengthy runarounds, no clear answer on whether they could procure the parts to repair the suspension in our old car, AR auto shocked us by doing the work in less than a day and cheaper than expected. Extremely satisfied and grateful that we can keep our car on the road. Great communication and fast service.

One star is even too much for this store and the owner. the RUDEST and MOST mannerless owner that i ever seen! If you want to keep your day up, avoid this place.

One of my first jobs as a kid was working in a local gas station garage. It was one of "the good ones". The owners took care of everyone as best they could. They had a reputation of honesty and friendliness. If they made a mistake, they would own it and do their best to make it right.I no longer fix cars for a living and have moved from that area. I've tried a number of auto shops near my new home. This place isn't exactly the same shop I worked in as a kid, but it is certainly as close as I have found. They are not just here to make a quick buck. They take care of people and thrive off of the long term customers that result from doing honest business.I try to frequent their shop as little as possible, but when my car needs work it's always the first place I go.

Hard to trust. Obviously I'd hoped to have a good experience as some of these reviewers, but it was not. I brought it in for one issue specifically. Adnan suggested a less expensive approach and said he charged the one-hour minimum. Good so far. The less expensive approach much appreciated. However, he went on to do other things I didn't ask and charged more than double what I expected. Not that those other issues didn't need to be done. It's an old car, and I knew about them, but I was going to take care of them separately and didn't ask him to do it, nor did he run it by me first. Strike one. I just paid and didn't say anything. The same day....within hours...the car wouldn't start, struggled, then started and then wouldn't turn over again. I had it towed back to see if anything was inadvertently nudged or knocked and could he just take a look at the area he worked on and see if anything unexpected was going on. A number of reasons indicated it was NOT the battery. Yes, the battery is old, but never in the 15 months I've had the car has starter behaved that way until the day he worked on it. Too coincidental and, I thought, at least worth saying, "hmm let me take a look and see if something new is happening" Nope, he became immediately defensive, repeatedly insisting it was the battery "100% it was nothing we did" He couldn't let me finish what I was saying and what I was asking. He was so on guard with defending himself he wasn't listening. You'd think I went in there blazing with accusations, which I definitely did not. Trust broken. Adnan is too defensive and argumentative for me to ever go back. He handled a simple situation very poorly.
