The gentleman at the front desk could improve his communication with customers. He sometimes comes across as firm in his opinions and has limited patience for differing perspectives, even when expressed politely. Given the high demand for car repairs in the area, there seems to be a strong sense of confidence in their approach. That said, the quality of their work has been good, which is why I’m leaving three stars.

Expensive
Sold part didn’t need ( converter)
Muffler hangs too low ( vulnerable)
Don’t like the sound of the Jeep ( muffler?)
Probably won’t be taking any of my other 6 vehicles here for work.
But some fantastic pipe bending work under there.

Ultimately, they repaired my car efficiently and affordably, which I greatly appreciated. That being said, when I first came in having made an online appt. to inspect the problem ( and having rearranged my work schedule to bring it to said appt.), the man at the front desk was quite rude, berated me for bringing the car in too late in the day, insinuating that I should somehow know that their online appointment system "doesn't work with their real-time appointments". He never apologized or acknowledged that he had been rude or that this obviously was on them, not me. However, he did soften and became more helpful and actually go the car fixed the next morning, which I very much appreciated. He made reference to it having been a busy day, which I can understand, but he should probably work on not taking that out on customers. And they need to fix or get rid of their online appointment scheduling if customers aren't supposed to actually use it. I almost walked out and never came back. I would give them a try again because he did turn the experience around, and I think they did honest, decent work on my car.

Went in for an oil change and check up before a roadtrip and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while offering suggestions on what I should do before my trip which saved me money

Hands down the best customer service and care I’ve ever experienced- honest and open throughout the process. Called on a whim needing some brake pads and left knowing where I’ll be returning to time and again.

I have always had great service and experience with Earl and his team, I came in this week with my 12 year old Jeep Wrangler after I was hearing strange noises from my brakes at stoplights and turned out that the calipers were all starting to freeze up! Earl was able to tell me the issue, fix and replace the brakes and have my Jeep back to me the same day. I couldn't recommend these guys more!

The customer service is great and i had an oil change which they did a great job. I didn't give 5 starts cause they are a little more expensive than other places.
