I bought a brand new well equipped 2024 Hyundai Tucson in August 2023 from Mirak Hyundai - I highly recommend this car - great value for the money, handles well and is very comfortable. Only issue: I discovered the morning after driving it off the lot that it had some front end damage! I immediately called the dealer and brought the car in for them to check out. We agreed on what needed to be done to correct things. After a few weeks waiting for parts, I brought the car in, was given a loaner and the repair was done. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. My only negative is the slow response to my calls - I would leave messages but no response, I had to call repeatedly to reach someone. I was very surprised by this considering they sold me a damaged car - I would think customer service would have been a little more forthcoming. All in all, things could have been worse and everything worked out very well!

Heather tried to charge me $378 just for diagnostic on code P0456. I was even told to go to different dealership to have the car checked because they claimed that their recall service had no issue. Brought my car to local shop as near by Hyundai dealerships were in at least 2 months waiting period for service. Turns out the problem existed on the warranty work performed at Mirak Hyundai. Although, I specifically asked the service advisor John Aldinger to check if the issue is on O-ring, gasket, or defect vapor canister before I brought the car back for the second time. All response I got was that they "looked at it". Very disappointed to find out that I was in middle of fraud and scam by the local Hyundai dealership service center. I cannot even describe the frustration I went through to solve this issue for about last month and a half. Time wasted, stress, gas, and even possible damage that would have been added in the vehicle just because Mirak service did not bother to check an O-ring.

Very disappointed in the misleading information and blatant lies. Got the car but the finer details of the deal(which are on a signed contract) we're not fulfilled. Cannot get a brand new, under warranty vehicle fixed or even make an appropriately timed service appointment. Very sad and disgusting that this business still operates in this manner. Gross display of humanity. 2 stars only because I actually did get the vehicle. Should be 0 stars though for a lame and weak attempt at professionalism.

I have never dealt with customer service this bad. The people I spoke with constantly interrupted me, I couldn't explain anything. I felt like I was getting yelled at with every sentence. This was two different people. I had left multiple voice messages and never got a call back, finally got someone on the phone, and I explained I had bought my car at a different dealership but was looking to bring my business to Mirak and they said "We take care of our own, go back to your other dealership." And hung up. The sad part is my original dealership referred me to them when I needed specific work done. Now my original dealership is going out of their way to try to help me since Mirak is clearly not looking for new business. My original dealership apologized for referring me to them and said they would make sure not to make referrals to Mirak's shop in the future.

Dave at Mirak made buying our new Hyundai Tucson PHEV a real pleasure. The price was the sticker price (fair price) and they were very generous with our trade-in. Dave was able to answer all our questions clearly and honestly. Their inventory was excellent and we took delivery the next day.

BEWARE of shady cars sales people! But everyone kind of knows that already.I bought a car through here and throughout the sales process, obviously they were very responsive. I purchased the protection plan (which I was told can be cancelled anytime) but I tried to cancel it about 30 minutes after purchase. They told me they couldn't do that immediately because it was already a submitted sale which is reasonable. The sales rep promised me a full refund would be coming and they'd work on it via phone.Ever since the purchase, the two sales people have been very shady and nonresponsive. I have asked several times for them to get a status of my cancellation at least 5 times through email and phone for two weeks after the purchase. They said they had processed it, I should recieve a check in the mail, and they promised that I'd get a full refund.The last correspondence I had with them was basically "what's the status of my refund? Can you ask the other salesperson to get me an update?" The response would be "Okay I will". It has been over a week of no follow up since.Also, the person who sold me the protection plan (and promised me that I'd get the refund), stopped responding after I asked about the status 5 days after, and then I asked him again 3 days later.A few weeks after purchase, I ended up calling the protection plan company and there was no request for cancellation from the dealership. The protection plan company told me the dealership is responsible to do so, but I ended up asking for a specific form so I could do it on my own. I also found out you only have 30 days after purchase to get a full refund, so glad the issue was pressed since it's nearing the end of those 30 days.Advice to sales team is to practice better transparency and follow through with your promises. Admit that you're not going to do anything because its extra work on your end instead of lying to me that you are going to get it done. OR tell me how I can do it myself instead of me finding out that I can do it on my own but maybe this drops your profit margins if you cancel it yourself. This experience with the sales reps at this dealership has felt very deceitful.

Tried to schedule an appointment for a safety recall. After multiple phone calls because their system was "offline", I was finally able to schedule an appointment with a very patronizing and rude man. However, I was told that the service would require me to drop off the car for the day, which I cannot do because I dont have another form of transportation and live 45 minutes away from their center. When I told them that I would need to wait there, they told me that it would take 4 hours to complete the service with no wiggle room. I have previously had car service with new brakes, tires, and electrical work completed in 2 hours. And the appointment could only be scheduled 2 months from now. This begs the question of the quality of their service center and overall customer service. Women beware of the misogynistic men that you might find yourself on the phone with at this place!

Absolutely the rudest service representative I've ever dealt with. The rep constantly interrupting me, wouldn't even let me finish explaining my concerns. Kept barking replies. I felt like he was shouting at his kid or something. I've never felt so offended and put of by any person in any customer service industry, ever. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else. Despite the convenience, I'd rather drive 20 miles out of my way then deal with this place.

Called them on 9/7 to purchase an SUV, found the car I wanted, cash purchase, very simple deal. Salesmen had to speak with his sales manager about this. After waiting for several hours, I called back, told I'm assign to another salesmen but he's busy, again no one called me. Called today, spoke to Al the Sales Manager, told him I have a fleet of over 500 vehicles across USA, this is an easy deal for us. Here I am several hours later still waiting for someone to call me. I just don't get how you operate like this. Terrible customer service.

Bought a used 2022 Sonata from the Mirak team here. AJ, Stephen, and Judy were all wonderful people to work with and were very upfront and honest with me during the entirety of my purchasing process. Would definitely recommend, AJ in particular was always helpful & patient - given that this is the first car I've bought in the US.

Didn't expect to close the deal in a single visit.Mr. Jimmy Othmer worked with us to narrow down the models to three based on our interests and lined up all three vehicles for a test drive. Once we had chosen the vehicle, documentation & closure were done immediately.The vehicle was delivered to our home on the next working day after registration and inspection.?????

Possibly buy a Hundai from Mirak, but steer clear of the Genisis. I made an appointment, and they only have 4 people that actually know about this product. After waiting 30 minutes i ended up leaving, because no ETA was given even after I made an appointment, and no one came to talk to me. I think that they make a good looking car, no idea how it drives, etc, but in the end your paying 60-80k for a luxury product that doesn't have even a decent sales group to support it. This also begs the question of what else will they short of in regards to service. I'll check back next time i'm looking for a new car, but their just not ready at this point to sell a luxury brand.

Needed a car on very short notice to replace a 10 year old vehicle that suddenly required repair. Took the opportunity to shop for an EV and was very fortunate to have a first class dealer right in my home town. They had plenty of Ioniq 5's in stock and did not try to upsell me. (The car sells itself--went for the Limited Edition.)We configured the deal as a lease to take full advantage of the federal credit. The plan is to buy out the lease at the end of the 2-year term. Total cost will be less that a straight out purchase. They handled all the paperwork and registration. All I had to do was call my insurance company to put the car on the policy. Easy-Peasy! The whole process took 30 hours from test drive to drive away!

Excellent sales and post-sales experience buying a Ioniq 5 EV here at Mirak. After a sub-par experience with other dealerships in my area, it was surprised to see the welcoming no-pressure sales experience here. We were able to take the car for test drive, get all the questions answered and then work out a great deal without any pressure at any point. Our Sales specialist Kathleen Viola was extremely knowledgeable and excellent right from the beginning to the actual sale, delivery and post-delivery follow-ups. Before actually visiting the dealership in person, all email/phone conversations with Jessica Sudeall (Director of Sales) were very professional yet friendly with absolutely no false promises.

Unfortunately, we weren't given decent service in this center.A car we booked a test drive for was missing in stock and we started looking at other more expensive options. For the whole conversation a sales mgr wasn't showing any interest in selling us any car at all and refused given us quotes as it didn't make sense to his opinion. He was throwing off approx numbers out of his head which weren't close to the real ones as we learnt after. Even after a test drive of another car we weren't given any options, any quotes but only an attitude that we cannot afford the car we just drove.We ended up buying the exact same car 2 hours later in another dealership center.
