The doctors I've seen have always been great and professional. This place gets one star for the constant over billing I've received over the course of two years. Literally every time the bill has been wrong but I've caught it and they say "sorry we made a mistake". And just this week I received another bill in the mail saying I owe another $50. I sent an email saying we already paid this and they unsurprisingly replied "sorry we made a mistake".Read the other reviews about over billing and make your own conclusions. Not coming back.

Al was the guy who helped me with a discount on my prescription and fitted my glasses patiently. He kept my business after the reception woman had rudely told me she was too busy to deal with my insurance questions ( at initial exam). Thanks to Al for his kind and patient service.

I'm 16 years old and book myself an appointment here an added my phone number because I would be attending alone. One morning I received 4 calls in a row and finally answered to hear from an annoyed receptionist that I declined her calls. When some declines all 4 of your calls why not call back later? My mother left 2 messages asking them to call her back regarding what they called to ask about. They never did. I was then called again 4 times days later about the same information because they didn't check their messages. I will be canceling my appointment and going else where as a find the message they left me rude, spam calling is unprofessional, and have an issue with them not checking their messages.

Wonderful efficient visit. Pleasant environment and lots of free parking nearby (also on the 77 bus route). Very knowledgeable doctor.

This is a tough one. I started here last fall and was thrilled. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Now, the person at the front desk is so rude and there is zero compassion and the worst communication. The doctor who was filling in in January was amazing but I won't deal with the rude front desk. Their main job is customer service. No thanks.

I'm very happy that I went to MyEyeDr. in Arlington. Dr. Kochanowski and his assistant were very attentive during my eye exam and Mr. O'Brien helped me buy a new pair of eyeglasses at a significant discount. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Arlington.

My appointment was fine, I got what I needed which was to quickly renew my contacts lens RX. I wanted to support them vs ordering my contacts from Walgreens so when they said they could price match I said ok (although actually afterward I looked at what I paid and it wasn't what we had discussed and it did end up being more than Walgreens). A month or so later I received a bill for an amount my insurance did not cover which seemed odd. I tried to get answers and couldn't get any. The local office told me I had to contact their payment company, their payment company was completely confused and led me in circles. I finally called my insurance company and got the details but what myeyedr was charging me was still more than what my insurance company said I owed. Then began the never ending saga of trying to reconcile the myeyedr bill with my insurance. I emailed the EOB from my insurance to avadynehealth which is what I was told to do, but no adjustments to my bill were made and no explanation as to why not was given. I reached out again via email. I received a voicemail to call back and called back a minute later only to be told their systems were down and no one could help me (why did you just leave a voicemail for me to call you back then?). Had yet another call with myeyedr today and had to repeat the whole story, the agent had no idea what was going on, and once again no answers could be provided as to why there was a discrepancy between what my insurance said I should owe and what myeyedr was billing me. He said I needed to have a VSP agent call them. The amount I have spent hours trying to reconcile is $14 so at this point I said forget it, I am just going to pay the bill and stay far away from myeyedr. So just to clarify - service was fine but I will absolutely never go back because of the lack of clear communication and overall sketchiness I experienced with the billing department.

I was in town from Ohio and my contact lens tour in half. I called this office and Annmarie had a new set of trial lenses for me within 15 minutes. I could not believe it. Everyone was so kind. Thank you guys so much for helping out in a pinch!

I have to be pretty upset to write a poor review but here I go... On two separate occasions I waited a long time to be seen by a doctor with an appointment. This establishment changed hands and so it’s so I figured that was the reason. On one occasion I had a scratched cornea and was in pain while waiting over an hour at their Belmont office. Today I was exactly 7 minutes late (mostly due to finding a parking spot by their office and then running back to the car for a mask) and the doctor would not see me. That will be my last visit and I hope this review helps someone else from having the same awful experiences.

Very nice staff easy to work with, took care of my insurance reimbursement form for me, did not try to upsell. Handy location reachable by bus, car, bike or foot. I will definitely go back here when more glasses are needed.

The optometrist was competent, but everything else sucked. A week after the exam, I was told my glasses were ready. When I showed up a few minutes before 6 pm on a Friday night, the door was locked and the lights were off. When the posted closing time is 6 pm, they need to honor that. When I arrived the following day to pick up, only the new pair was ready. The extra pair with new lenses in my old frames was not there. That was inconvenient. When I went back later to pick up the extra pair, that pair still had the old pads--pads they had assured me would be replaced. To fix the pads and put in a new screw took the staff another hour! About the screw, those frames were in good shape when I dropped them off, but the lab cut the left lens too big, then jammed in a screw that was too long, upside down, and the wrong color. The store staff tried to fix it but it is still messed up! I spent $750 in that shop and got lousy value for my dollars.

The team at MyEyeDr. is stellar! My experience there, from check-in all the way through the exam, made me feel very cared for. If you're looking for eye care in Arlington, I highly recommend coming here!

Not worth your time and money for this shop. I had to go to another store to get my eyeglasses redone. Here are a series of problems this store has: 1. It took 2 months to receive my glasses from this store. It took only 10 days from another store. 2. They lost my frame in the middle of my order. 3. They substituted the lost frame with the one they claimed to be the same, but they are not the same. They did not even discuss it with me before making their own selection. 4. When I received the glasses, they did not even check if the pair fit or made necessary adjustments, which were very unprofessional. Not mentioning they messed up my insurance info in the process. 5. Did I also mention that the glasses are physically out of the center of the frame! I have made more than 20 pairs of glasses in my life and this shop, in my opinion, is poorly managed and did not live up the standards to help peoples health. I really miss my ice cream store before this one.

I have now been waiting five weeks for a pair of glasses. Every time I call for an update I'm given another story. First the frames were on backorder apparently, then the lab was delayed, then the lab broke the frames and had to find another pair. At this point it sounds like a pack of lies.
