I went in for the Sunday open mat and the people were very friendly, the mats and shower were clean, and the rolls were good! Will definitely be going back again.

Had a wonderful experience here! All of the members were super friendly, and the instructor Jake was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Would recommend to anybody interested in physical fitness and combat sports!
