“This store is always incredibly busy. That being said the people who work there are incredibly kind and patient. My mom was able to get her Covid shot within 10 minutes without an appointment while I waited for my medication to be filled. My doctor had sent in the order maybe a minute or two before I arrived and I was able to get it within 10 minutes without any problems. Extra impressive because they had about 10-15 people in line and I watched them help everyone get their medications in about 5 minutes. That’s amazing. The woman who gave my mom her shot was also working behind the counter and checked my RX status for me. The staff never says “that’s not my job” they just work hard and help however they can. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 15 years now and I only have good things to say. I rarely have any problems but when I do they’re quick to correct it and always provide great customer service.”

“This is for the pharmacy, as the store itself is fine...The pharmacists are top notch. Helpful, kind and responsive. I see complaints that stem from them being over tasked, but I've found them to excel despite that. It wouldn't kill Walgreens corporate to provide them more help, but I guess those profit margins need to keep the shareholders happy.”

“My CVS store is in Kingston, MA. I place my prescriptions in a plastic case containing partition to allow for a full week's supply. Last week when I filled in the case, I forgot to hold out the pain medicine pill bottle so I could request a refill as I only had one pill left. When I started filling in the case, I realized my error and immediately contacted my CVS pharmacy. As luck will have it the prescription needed to be refilled by calling my doctor. I had no idea how long my doctor would need to contact CVS and give them the authorization. My CVS pharmacy, being aware of my problem contacted my doctor first thing Monday morning and at 1:30 PM Monday CVS called and the message was "Come on down", Now that is a great service from a great CVS pharmacy!”

“For a local chain pharmacy this store does quite well. The pharmacists and techs working the counter are always helpful and courteous. Reviewers who aren’t aware of how difficult and demanding (and short-stafffed) this entire industry has become, especially since COVID should check themselves. I really appreciate the breadth of vaccinations available here too.
My only recommendation is that Walgreens should use MyChart as almost every other pharmacy and healthcare provider in MA does.”

“This review is for Christine R. I recently had the pleasure of shopping with her at the Arlington location in the beauty department. She offered to help me without hesitation. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the various product lines CVS carries, and does a great job of adding value to their use by walking the customer through the ethics of each company. I happily spent more dollars than I anticipated today due to her ability to understand and meet my needs. Christine is awesome!”

“Most staffs at pharmacy are very nice and professional, they are very knowledgeable and could help at any point. But I saw one staff using his hands touch the oral medicine without gloves. And might have issues with cross contamination.”
