We made several trips there over different weeks to hopefully find the perfect place. John helped us to look at numerous houses explaining what to look for and what not to look for. We looked on-line and found a few but he was quick to send us a website with all the local condos for sale within the areas that we were looking at. He even was able to point to a few that were coming on the market shortly. He really listened to what we were looking for and having lived in the same area before was able to point in the right direction on several places.
