“All I can say is in the 60's, this was the place to go. They had sailboats, row boats, all kinds of stuff to do. I rode my bike there from somerville. I think the guy running the sailing ⛵️ program name was sully? Maybe. You had to pass and get a sailing certificate first. I can't believe that place is still there.”

“The most beautiful place to send your child! My daughter went here for two years. The teachers are all wonderful and have been teaching there for many years. This is truly a special place to be. My daughter was nurtured and loved during these years. She also did extended day and went during their summer program as well. There is a lot of outdoor time and enrichment programs. She is now a first grader and I am so grateful for the start she had here!”

“My daughter started at Little Sprouts in October 2023, and like any parent, I was nervous. I spent a lot of time researching daycare centers, trying to find the perfect one that would care for my child with the same love and attention I give her. Since joining Little Sprouts, my daughter has blossomed, especially with the support of her teachers, Vanessa and Sheila who we really adore. They genuinely care for not only my child, but every child in their care. Trusting others with your child is never easy, but the staff here does it right.
The change in my daughter has been remarkable because of teachers like Vanessa and Sheila. She went from being quiet to becoming one of the most talkative in the room, and she has also developed a strong understanding of Spanish, thanks to her teachers incorporating it into the classroom.

The Director, Aimee and Asst. Director Asma are so understanding and both lead with compassion and ensures that their staff is well-supported and that is important. The entire team here is incredibly welcoming. Liana, another teacher, is also amazing—loving, sweet, and caring toward all the children.

If you’re looking for a daycare that truly loves and cares for your children, I can’t recommend Arlington Little Sprouts enough. I sleep soundly at night, knowing my daughter is in such good hands. Thank you to everyone at Little Sprouts Arlington!”

“First, the entrance is off of Maple Street, though the address is on Pleasant Street. Our two kids have been here for about half a year so far, and we feel so lucky to have found this place. Both kids are thriving. There are these extracurricular classes about music and nature and other topics that meet regularly (my personal favorite is called Puddle Stompers). Plus the center is right next to the public library and park which they visit regularly. The center shares space with, but is not affiliated with, a large church. They use the auditorium of the church as an indoor playground when the weather is bad. I wish they opened earlier than 7:30am, but it hasn't been an issue so far (I'm still getting used to New England hours after our move from NC). They also don't have a dedicated playground on site but are next to the central playground in Arlington and use it as an extension of their facility! The teaching staff is amazing, and super competent. The teacher of our youngest helped us find extra state level resources for him to catch up with his peers, and he is thriving now in no small part thanks to her attention and support. We trust them with our little ones every work day!”

“My son has had an incredible experience at AHNS. He has caring and professional teachers, a huge amount of indoor and outdoor space to play, and lots of great curriculum. His caregivers do a fabulous job of managing inter-toddler tension over toys. He was at another daycare before AHNS and I have never looked back. This place is really, really great! I am writing this review because several of the negative reviews are super off base.”
