Was told my order would be ready at 2:06, order was not ready until 2:22. I would totally understand this happening due to being busy BUT getting my order completely incorrect and then when I ask politely if they could correct just one of their 2 mistakes, they told me I was wrong. They put lavender in the drink and not on top in the form of cold foam. Cold foam costs over a dollar (an insane price for what it is) I am a student i do not have a disposable income to waste. Owning up to your mistakes is not hard.

I would give this Starbucks location 100 plus stars if given the option. ????? This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. ? The atmosphere of the store was warm and inviting. ? There was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy my coffee. ? There was not a long wait in the line. ?The cashier/server was extremely nice, friendly, patient, kind and efficient and did an excellent job of taking my order, preparing my order, and serving me. ? I noticed they brought a customer's refill over to his table, which was going above and beyond what was written in the server's job duties. ? The cashier/server also brought me my refill, which was very nice of her to do. ? By the way, if you use the Starbucks Rewards app, you can get as many refills on hot coffee and hot tea as you'd like for free (well for 54 cents, which is the cost of the new lid and cup), as long as you remain in the store. So I ordered one venti hot coffee, and literally got my two refills for free. So that's three large coffees I enjoyed at this Starbucks location, two of which were free. Now I call that a good deal and a steal!!! ?❤️? Lastly, the bathroom was extremely neat and clean. I had no problems while using their bathroom. ❤️??? ?? I give this Starbucks location two thumbs up!!! ??Wheelchair accessibility: This Starbucks location is accessible to wheelchairs.

Starbucks has been disappointing me a lot lately. They need employees to be retrained on following customer orders. I am frequently disappointed that they either are too lazy to read the order label, select the blonde espresso button, or they just think customers can't taste the difference between blonde and regular espresso. News flash! Especially paired with hazelnut, regular espresso tastes burnt and disgusting. I am going to be switching to Nero coffee after being a loyal Starbucks customer for almost 20 years. Good job Mass Ave Arlington Starbucks!

I stood in line for 10 minutes. Nobody took my order. When a white lady came after me then they took her order and then mine. There were 4 people working.

I had two different orders done incorrectly.My order at 10:55 was for a hot latte received an iced latte which was caught by my husband when he picked it up, so had to wait for a new one.I ordered a hot latte and received an iced latte at 3:50 that was picked up for me.I called to explain to the person so that maybe they would pay attention next time. I was told to come in with my receipt if I wanted it fixed. I explained that I was ill and my husband picked it up for me. I was told there was nothing he could do.Yeah there is something you could do: Pay attention! The store was not busy. I used to buy something from you almost everyday and I used to tip well.I tip for service. I have enough stars for a free drink.After the service lately, unlikely I will come back once I redeem and I will probably cancel my Starbucks credit card, too.

We go to this Starbucks every Sunday afternoon. The staff is always pleasant, the atmosphere is laid back and it is always clean (including the bathroom).I can't rate the food as we never have any when we go, just hot chocolate, coffee and one of their Strawberry Acai drinks, all if those are great !*

Standard Starbucks in convenient location (decent parking although can get full when Trader Joe's is busy). This store has limited indoor seating, but they also have a small patio if you want to sit outdoors. Easy access from the bike path.Parking: Shared lot with Trader Joe's and Walgreens. No meters or time limits. A few unmetered street spots in the area too.
