I love my local Petco store. It's a smaller store, but has a good variety of items. What makes this store great is its staff. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful if I have questions on a product, or they offer very good advice. Plus they work in tandem with a local pet food pantry, which I think is fantastic.

I like this Unleashed. They have gently cooked food for cats in the fridge. Friendly staff and it's not too big so I don't get overwhelmed.

Messy and disorganized, rude and dismissive attitudes from the younger staff. Sales staff have zero product knowledge.

This Unleashed in Arlington is the best Petco.
The staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They all truly love their job and it shows and most importantly they love our furry friends If you need any type of training, you have to go see Shannon. She is like a dog whisperer. Maria is truly above and beyond, my dog Daisy gets so excited when she sees her she always does a tinkle, and Maria just tells me it’s a compliment and loves it. She is truly amazing. I think Daisy can tell how much both Maria and Shannon love her, and she will rip my arm out of my socket to pull me in the door to see her friends… I cannot recommend enough. Petco is so lucky to have these employees. They are amazing.

This is the best Petco. Especially when Shannon is there. She helped me with my cats dietary problem and then followed up with me just yesterday. She is gold.

Brought our dog in for a lepto 2nd dose at the vaccine clinic. It's just a small area in the back corner of the store but it was quick and efficient. They pre-medicated with benadryl for this vaccine which was appreciated and unexpected!
