Very nice over the phone, kid friendly which is a huge plus. Front office staff actually gets stuff done and dont make you feel like a bother. Would highly recommend making the switch here if you can.

Overall ok care. You really have to push and shove for what you need and even then they don’t really take you seriously. Also had a terrible experience with a receptionist named Kelsey. She is rude, unhelpful, and ultimately completely wrong about the situation. I will be calling back tomorrow to make a formal complaint... read full comment
