They were open until 7 which allowed us to get an 6 pm appointment so we could go after work. Everyone was friendly and couldn’t wait to see Stevie. The staff walked us through best options and a vac plan. We have all appointment schedule months out. They followed up multiple times to check in on her and how she was doing this week. “We love Karen! She is observant, caring, fun, punctual, accommodating and a real. Karen has taken care of my Sheba for the past 3 years and I am very sad to say today was her last visit with shebs, as Sheba and I have moved to another state. Sheba will miss you! She is greatful for you from taking care of her when her belly has been an issue, to romping around with her in the yard. Oh and I will miss my daily photos of Sheba while I’m at work and knowing she is having the best time.
