CONCRETE Concepts and Design
We are extremely pleased with the wonderful job they did creating a parking pad on the side of our home.
The job was started and completed within the time frame stated, the workers were always polite and professional.
They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and made sure that all equipment was safely stored away.
And the workers were complete gentlemen at all times.
We will most certainly call them is we have another project in the future.

Tim is amazing. I recently purchased a home and wanted to do a patio in backyard. I decided to do concrete patio. Tim and is crew designed a patio for me. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Tim and his crew are very professional, talented, knowledgeable and polite. The family and neighbors love it. I only wish I had more work for them but I would recommend this company anytime.

We had stamped concrete poured around our pool. It’s chipping off in many, many areas. There are three large cracks on the deck next to the designated cut lines. We were told they would come back and fix but they haven’t…for three years now. He’s a good salesman though.
***He said he would be back to seal it because the ‘new’ sealer he tried using was flaking off. He never came back. The email changed. His wife gave one excuse after another until after three years we gave up and decided to advertise him by word of mouth. You lie. Not good for a long lasting reputation. I know four other people who have had awful experiences with him.

Tim and his team are professional, reliable and are experts at their craft. We had a pool deck and patio area recently done for us. It’s a large space, we had an idea of what we wanted and Tim and team helped to make it come to life. We hadn’t thought of all the small details, they did. It is beautiful. We are grateful to them for creating a space for us to use for years to come!

Tim and his team came in , completely took control of an area we wanted to use for an outdoor living space, they took care of the drain issues and installed a beautiful patio with a sitting wall and fire pit.
Communication was great!

As a previous employee of CC&D, I thoroughly enjoyed working for Tim. Nevermind the great artist he is and can turn anyone's idea into a real hardscape oasis. CC&D truly cares about budget, outcome and expectations.

My journey to install my Reeds Ferry shed was not an easy one. However, that has nothing to do with Tim. We had multiple conversations prior to signing the contract. We both are brutally honest which made it easy. Getting the foundation permit was the struggle. I was so frustrated by it, I almost cancelled the project. Tim went above and beyond pulling statutes for me to submit. He is not only painfully honest, but he talks you through every step of the way. He takes immense pride in his work and remained very present for any questions that may arise. He was available to both the building inspector and Reeds Ferry. The work site was cleaned when completed. Everyone involved in the project was impressed with the quality of my monolithic slab. So, if you are looking for honest, reasonable, reliable and strong work ethics, Tim is your guy!

The only reason I did not give them five stars was the schedule was slightly off by about a week, other than that this is the most professional company I've ever worked with with extremely respectful and talented gentleman who love their job!!!!Highly recommend

Awful experience using this contractor, didn't get the stamped design I wanted and paid more then my original quote to ensure I got what I wanted, contractor had a issue with his supplier driving off his blocking and created a 4 inch low spot in the middle of the street side of my driveway and we were assured that Tim would remove the first 3 ft and repour , never happened, Tim accidentally added me to a email to the concrete supplier, and has never responded since, contractor never put color on the stamped portions of the driveway and never did the sealer on the stamped portions, things I was assured were included in the project9/22/23Was never contacted by the contractor,no resolution was ever made.Service: Driveway installation

My experience with Concrete Concepts and Design was amazing. While speaking with Tim on the phone for the first time he was able to offer advice on what would work best for my application which in turn brought down the total cost of the job. Tim was more focused on the quality of the finished product than his net gain. I will definitely use Concrete Concepts and Design again.Service: Stamped concrete services

In May of 2020 this company installed a pool deck with stairs that attach to our home. The cost of the deck was an out $15,000. I have invoices to support the amount. After completion of the deck, there was an overflow cap that was partially installed, they were supposed to come finish it after the summer season. That never happened. The following March, 2021, I reached out to the company because I noticed flaking, spalling and ask about the cover. I was told that there was an issue with the sealant used, happened to other clients, needed to find out how to remedy. After asking about the fix throughout that summer, it now became a story that he noticed the concrete flashing as it was being poured. He stated that he contacted ******************************* and they said it should be fine no real issues. I reached out again in October 2021 and he now said that he would have to rip out the whole thing the following spring. And that ****************************** was going to cover the cost of the concrete. Spring of 2022, I was horrified to see the flaking, s falling, substantially worse and Cracks throughout the deck. Was put off again, needed to talk to concrete company. I subsequently reached out to that concrete company to confirm that they were on board, and I got a very angry message that I messed everything up and they would have to work hard to mend that relationship. To this day nothing has been fixed. It has been an emotionally and mentally exhausting situation. Do not use this company!
