SINCE THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED HANDS AND HAVE FOREIGNERS RUNNING THE PLACE AND CANT EVEN TALK ENGLISH OR DO THERE JOBS. Can't take care of payments the right way complete idiots and stupid and rude. Go anywhere else but then they own others so who knows where else. Won't even give owners name when asked for and hung up

I personally have a very good experience in this place, they have warehouses of different sizes, a spacious place, they have privacy, they have a very kind and fair owner. They have Uhal's for rental, I recommend it.

I have rented with Ashland Mini Storage several times. I have tried other storage places but they just don’t measure up. The owner, Billy is awesome!!! Very professional, reasonable rates. I will always rent here for my storage needs.

My experience here was so fantastic it makes me want to rent a u-haul every day! Worth driving further to use this location because the customer service is so wonderful. Easy pick up & drop off, everything clearly explained & available as ordered.
