Several items broken, destroyed and no longer usable. Broken dresser mirror, fractured wooden headboard, scraped antique brass bed with broken middle support. Broken glass, totes broken and must were thrown or stepped on. $7300 COST !!! NO REFUND. Offered me $60
2 years later and still no resolution for my loss and destroyed furniture. This should be illegal and this company should be held liable. $7000 down the drain. Do not use this company!!! They take the money and drop off pieces and remnants of what used to be my property.

The team that delivered were very nice. However some things were damaged. Had documented damage and filed small claim. Took months of pictures and receipts. Insurance finally said, claim was approved.
COACH USA NEVER PAID !!!

They were severe in helping us get a quote and then coordinating our move. We had a great experience with them. The movers on both sides were professional and courteous. They were friendly, powerful, and careful with our items. They were impressionable, and kindly helped me move more than they had discuss terms for. Great movers when they can enjoy themselves and still be beneficial. We had great customer service and I would use them again. Highly recommended.

This company was good and we have great experience. The guys arrived on time, well organized and professional. They wrapped everything very carefully. They were affordable and got my furniture to me faster than expected. They packed everything properly, and ensure that all my items were protected. Their customer service was great. Highly recommended.

Maybe the best option I could have made. The operator were thorough and friendly. The movers even assist me put a couple items in my car. Very careful, and hard workers. They made sure things were done the way I required them. Great Price. Would definitely suggest this company.

If you are looking for a authentic moving company that gets the job done without any inconvenience, Coach USA is the ultimate choice. ** Do not be fooled by this company stating the people were not customers, when, in fact they were! This company uses rebuttal/excuse EVERY TIME there is a complaint! PATHETIC!**
My friends,the Cupchaks,used this company for their move from MA to VA. Packing was done on May 24 & 25 in MA. Delivery was made on May 28 in VA. If you value your possessions, from breakage and damage, do not do business with Northern or Coach!
It seems that Coach replies to quite a few negative reviews that the person was never a customer. So, all those people were not customers?! Stop deflecting. You cannot post that about the Cupchaks. I was there on May 24 & May 25, when you sent an Enterprise rental truck to do the move instead of a moving van. When questioned, the excuse was the moving van was supposed to come but there was a mix up. So, that rental truck had to be loaded a total of 3 times, taken to the Coach facility and everything unloaded to the moving van. 3 times loading, unloading
and loading to the moving van and then at delivery unloading. That is a lot of handling possessions and causing damage.

“I have to warn my family and friends not to use Northern Moving, a broker, for Coach USA Moving! They are absolutely terrible. They packed for us, didn’t pack the glass shelves in our hutch left them in and they were shattered; ripped our leather love seat; broke 11 out of 20 pottery Chowder bowls, many more of our pottery; China dishes, platters, crystal stemware; a treasured lamp they took apart tore the wire; and many more. We have moved many times, at least 10, rarely had anything broken. Pass the word to your friends and family that may be moving😡😪👎🏻“

I allowed that it would take further time because I've a dining table that that's made up of marble and it's also veritably heavy but they handle it at easy and safely. I had no problems with this company. This is my second moving experience but its amazing. The were veritably responsible and finished their task in 4 hours. The staff was friendly and regardful. Really I recommend this company because I'll use their service again.

They were so meticulous with everything and seemed like really awesome people. Like most people, I absolutely despise moving. There was not a single extra charge from what they estimated me - and then even got it done timely and faster than I had expected. Honestly the perfect move! Would definitely use these guys again and recommend to friends.

I cannot stress how conscientious I was with my 3 movers! The rates are fair and they move quickly, while still accurately dismantling and securing furniture. They were quick, systematic and extremely helpful. The initial email I received after submitting many requests for estimate was the most thorough and useful. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time, which I was delighted about, dismantled and wrapped the furniture then strapped it in the truck, which I was happy with, dropped my couch to a second location, then delivered the rest of the items, including unwrapping and putting together my bedframe- all in 2 hours!

Came on time, moved within the period we had discussed. The individual we coordinated with by means of email was extremely INSTANT and DIRECT. We booked everything quick and had the COI's finished soon. At the point when we disapproved of stopping the day of, the coordinator sympathetically addressed to it immediately.

I would suggest hiring Coach USA Moving - my flat mate and I were stunned at how simple our move went! The group was extremely proficient and effective, and nothing was damaged. There were no extra or surprising expenses from what I was quoted, and their quote was really sensible. Totally will contact them in the future next time I move!

Coach USA Moving group was perfect with the move. I moved inside the city and the move required 2 hours all out. They were fast and proficient, and had best pricing I've experienced. They was fast with imparting and affirming them, as well as obliging a date and time changes because of my new building. They assisted me with moving in two years ago and I've kept on being impressed with how fast they move. Strongly recommend and will utilize them in the future for my for my next move!

I went through the moving company Vanlinesinc, and got insurance through this company coach us moving company. The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I'm a single mother I moved 15 hours away from my hometown. I had no one to help me and this company wanted to only pay me $75.00 for a claim. A broken washing machine, my kids bunk beds, two rips in my brand new couch, my fireplace was in pieces. It's really sad and hurtful almost like a spit in the face. Only $75.00 and I would had to pay for a notary!
Let's not talk about the website that is SO confusing. No calls back after you've called the company. Now I'm never a person that wrote review, but like I said before this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life.
Oh I forgot got the kicker, said the driver said he couldn't get in the gate (which he could have). And charge me a extra $700.00 in order for me to get my stuff, or they were going to take it back to storage and charge me an extra $150.00 for storage fee.
