Doragon Collective is a small, busy ramen spot with a casual, good atmosphere and light Japanese-themed music. The dining area is small to medium with about eight tables and one clean, unisex bathroom in the back. Parking in front is available but can fill up. Service is consistently described as warm, friendly, excellent, and super nice, though sometimes brusque but efficient. The food is delicious, super good, super flavorful, and proportioned correctly, served quickly. The menu features rich broths like the black miso, tonkotsu, and the notable hellfire broth, which has a satisfying, slow heat from its chili mixture. The wavy, extra width kezari noodles have a great texture. Toppings are generous, with thick pork and well-marinated eggs. For those not feeling broth, the mazeman dishes, like the peanut and newer roasted sesame, are must-try items, as is the underrated, perfectly crisp aged tofu appetizer. The veg tempura kakiage and veg broth ramens are also delicious. Portions are large, often requiring a take-out box. It's a really cool local gem, perfect for a rainy day or to hang out with family and friends, and customers definitely plan to come again.
Hellfire spice is a fun activity with friends. Extra noodles for your ramen are free
