This is the best HHRestore I’ve been in! Prices were appropriate. My wife found an open box of vinyl siding for our shed. $35 Vs $200 of new. Kev is the manager and works the store floor to answer questions and provide prices where items were not labeled(not often). His smile, stories and support were very welcome. Store is clean, largest I’ve been to and is very well stocked with lots of new (like furniture) and leftover items

Lots of inexpensive furniture and odds and ends. Drop in weekly and ask if the new inventory has made it to the floor yet.

This place is the most expensive Restore in the area. A lot of new damaged goods for the same price you'd pay brand new. I believe in the cause but it is supposed to be a discount store.

I’ve been to several different Restores and never have I seen things priced so high! Who ever is doing the pricing here need a reality check. Thrift stores/second hand businesses are meant to help people who may not be able to afford something brand new. Some of the prices I saw here today I could of purchased it at a retail store for less. Very disappointed at the greed I saw today.

My sister and I went to the Ashland, MA Restore business on 12/15/23 and were pleasantly surprised by the array of furniture available; occasional furniture, upholstered armchairs, bar stools, side and coffee tables, plant stands, buffets, mirrored glass-fronted curio cabinets, office furniture, bed frames, etc. The store was clean and had distinct zones for each category; like furniture, decor, art, frames, mirrors, lighting and lamps, outdoor items, gardening and bathroom fixtures, paint, ornaments and new kitchen gadgets for the home. We had read online reviews stating that prices were exorbitant and expensive but the three pieces of furniture I bought were very affordable. We liked especially the discount policy which is clearly stated as one enters the store. If the item has been there 1 month than the discount is 25% off; 2 months equals 50% off; and 3 months equals 75% off. Please check the price tag. The date the donated item was put on the showroom floor is placed vertically on the price tag and thus one can calculate the discount at a glance. I was helped by a customer with whom I was chatting as customer service reps were thin on the floor. I think there were only 3 volunteers on site. The dollys were incredibly hard to push/pull/maneuver and if your item is wider than one door width, then you have to manipulate the doors and use broken bricks or stones to keep the doors open. So remember to bring a strong helper if you are buying furniture. If you can't fit the item in your car, you are given 3 days to come back for your purchase, preferably in a larger vehicle. We will certainly be back. It was a great experience.

Fantastic selection of items- hit or miss as most stores like this are! If you ever saw how many things are out back being donated you would be so impressed by how wonderfully organized things are in the store! Linda is delightful, friendly, helpful and super organized- she helped me to purchase an entire kitchen! This place is a win-win, benefiting a great cause, while providing resources for homeowners and a place to donate and recycle still useful items!

Always fun to tool around, always changing stock! I never leave empty handed. Knowing the general cost of items is helpful on determining if you've found a huge bargain..or not. Look long enough and you will find gems.Next task: donate here!

The prices are ridiculously high for a thrift store, like more than home goods. Most of the items are generic items that you can find in HomeGoods but more expensive. I'm ant exaggerating the same dollar three glass vases were listed at $4. It was like a not funny joke. Also not any cool or unique stuff you typically find in a thrift store. Will not waste gas and time to go again.I suggest managers to check other stores for comparison. I really love thrifting and having a store in Ashland that is a real thrift store would be pleasant.

Love this business. Always new pieces to discover, great kitchen, home finds. And it helps out so many. It's best place to find home decor! Found this beautiful coffee table. Great fit for my space!

You will be *amazed* at the amount and variety of new and gently used items that are for sale, at a severely discounted price, at Ashland's ReStore! Tradespeople will be in heaven...DIY (or not) renovation homeowners, too. If you haven't stopped by this store, you are missing our!!

This place needs to get its act together and change their website. Why bother listing drop off hours if you're just going to turn people away? The manager is an absolute joke. The very least you could do is tell people to call before showing up to be snubbed at the door. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, complete and utter fail.

It seems amazing to me that I can find what I'm looking for when I go in there, because you never know what they will have. But I rarely leave empty-handed!

I was shocked to see many of the prices were higher than brand new items online!!! Especially furniture. $700 for a couch!!!!! If you are hoping to find a hidden treasure you can't otherwise afford, don't look here.
