Upon inspecting the car we noticed a few items we would like fixed and Tony did this for us before we picked up the car.

Hands down, best place to find a quality used car. My daughter just recently purchased a vehicle that she had been searching out for a while. We landed on one which was an hour and a half from home. Not only was Tony easy to communicate with, very responsive, but the car was entirely gone through from top to bottom. Many items were addressed that were not even discussed prior, and the delivery process was seamless. Tony drove the car prior to us picking up to make sure everything was perfect. Once discovered there was an issue with front end, it was addressed immediately. The car was cleaned and detailed and daughter is thrilled. It is nice to find an honest car dealer that goes the extra mile. When looking for a used car, I will definitely drive the hour and a half again!

I just purchased a Truck from Tony at JC Auto and was very pleased with the attention to detail and the service received. Tony went the extra mile and put all new tires on the truck even though the tires that were on it would have passed inspection. Additionally, when Tony felt a little pulsing in the brake pedal, he had the front brake pads and rotors changed, as well as one of the calipers - this was noticed and done after I paid for the truck while we were waiting for the registry to provide the paper work.A big thanks to Tony!

WOW !!!! The Best experience I ever had when buying a car. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW convertible . Very Very Low mileage. (42 K ) . I had the car checked out by my mechanic as well, as checked on all the records that it was serviced by BMW . Tony, the sales manager went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction even before talking price. He also placed his dealer plate on the car and told me to take it out alone and test drive it until I was sure I wanted the car. I am also a Marine Corps veteran with a service dog ,Not only was I welcomed, but so was my dog Dopey. Giving them only five stars for my experience is an understatement. I highly recommend JC auto sales to anyone looking for a used car. Both of my daughters will be shopping there when purchasing their first and second car. Once again, I would like to thank Tony for everything he did.

Purchased a vehicle here under a year ago. Overall was a simple process. Tony would not come down on the price so I guess you'd call it a "no-haggle" dealership. They are not pushy, which I like, but almost to the point where they don't care if they make a sale or not. My vehicle had an issue that they said they'd fix, drove an hour out to the shop and they'd ordered the wrong part, so it was never fixed unfortunately. I will end up having to pay myself when the issue gets bad enough. I also recall that I had to be on them about getting me the registration & paperwork because it took them over 7 days..meaning I could get a ticket parked on the street due to not having an inspection sticker..or pulled over for not having a registration. I wouldn't highly recommend them but I am happy with my purchases nearly a year later.

Fantastic experience, my wife and I recently purchased a car, Tony was completely upfront about everything and fixed it all before we picked the car up, had a little squeaking from the brakes, and he replaced the brakes AND rotors no problem, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I barely write reviews but everything about this entire car buying transaction with these folks has been phenomenal. If I could give more than five stars I would hands down.
