I cannot say enough how amazing Mike’s Collision is! They went above and beyond to get my car back to me, while my insurance company was being difficult for weeks. I received my car back cleaned, inspected, and in good as new shape! I just wanted to cry because I was so happy lol. Mike and his employees actually CARE about people. No scamming, no lies, no mess ups. They care about their clients like they would for their own family. I will continue to tell people how awesome you guys are! Thank you guys so much!!!

After I was involved in an accident with my 2008 Honda Accord (237K miles) and my front bumper came off, I found Mike's Collision--the only body shop in the area with an average 5-star rating. Without a doubt, I made the right call in choosing this shop.
From the outset, Mike, Angie, Jen, and the rest of the team were extremely professional and treated me with respect. Mike's handled EVERYTHING, including working with both insurance companies, having my car appraised, getting me into a rental the day after I came in, and informing me of all my options in dealing with a potentially totaled vehicle. I felt the burden of this already stressful situation lift off my shoulders thanks to Mike's.
When my car WAS declared a total loss, Mike's handled the entire process to have the vehicle towed away and charged me NOTHING for the entire process. That was a lot of legwork to have come out the other side and not pay them a dime. I should note that I would have happily fixed my car here had it not been declared totaled. I legitimately didn't know car shops with such down-to-earth, honest people still existed.
Thank you so much for all your help! I'm sending everyone I know your way for their bodywork needs.

If I could give this body shop 6 stars, I would. Mike and his team were AMAZING. I brought my car in after failing inspection and they were able to take my car right away. They got back to me within an hour with the issue fixed. Their customer service is above and beyond & I would recommend this body shop to anybody in this area. Best service and experience I ever had at a body shop!! Shoutout Mike, Angie and Jen!!! THANK YOU

Mike's Collision deserves all the praise for their excellent work and exceptional customer service. Mike and his team kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, despite the challenges posed by the factory strike and parts shortage. They fought hard to get my car repaired as quickly as possible, against all odds.
What truly stood out was how Mike kindly addressed some minor issues with my car, going above and beyond what was expected. This extra effort made a significant difference for me. Throughout the process, I never felt alone. Mike and his team consistently demonstrated their care and dedication to my situation, always keeping me in the loop and thinking about my needs.

I wanted to give Mike’s my business— He and his staff were very nice and came highly recommended from my mechanic. But they never called me back with a quote on my car’s repair, despite me calling them several times over a period of a couple weeks.
