Use to be great when I opened my account 10 years ago with them but over the past year or so their customer service skills and quality of services have been declining and are making me consider switching banks.

Very rude and poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone in or out of the area such a shame to deal with people that hate their jobs. Holly refused to give any information due to the “branch”.

I recently attempted to cashier a check at Needham Bank, and the experience left much to be desired. Despite providing my ID with a clear photo, the cashier insisted on an additional credit card from a different bank, excluding debit cards. This requirement seemed unnecessary, especially considering the check was issued by Needham Bank itself. Such stringent policies make simple transactions needlessly complicated and inconvenience customers. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding.

I went to Needham Bank in Ashland today. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome. I had 3 containers of coins to put in their coin machine. They asked if I was a customer and I said I was not. Other than the charge for the coin machine, there was no difference in the treatment. Brittany showed me how to use the machine and then offered to assist. She did more than assist! She poured the coins in, she opened coins that were wrappped and she even had to open the machine to get out a roll that I dropped in. The entire time she was amazing! Pleasant and personable along with being so helpful. If I were staying in Ashland, I would be a customer. Thank you Brittany!

The tellers are hit or miss. Used to have an excellent all around staff but now, unless it's Effie, it's a struggle. Not polite or customer oriented. If suggest going elsewhere to their Natick or Needham Branch.

Needham Bank has done more for Ashland than all the other banks in town combined. They try to be part of every community event. Their accounts have far fewer fees than anything else around. Oh, and their ATM? No fees for anyone. That's right, they have NO FEE ATM!!!
