“They did a fine job at a reasonable price (actually, at a lower price than their competitors').
I dealt with their president, Erik Dobay, who is professional, helpful, and very polite.
They have a very comfortable waiting room, where they offer free
coffee, tea, fresh popcorn, etc. as well as Wi-Fi.
I had an appointment--which they confirmed the day before by
e-mail--so I had no wait time at all.
I had a small job, but they treated me like a VIP.
They met all my expectations. I would have given them 4.5 stars if I had knows how to show a half star. Maybe I should have given them 5 stars.

“My wife's 2019 Prius only has 19,000 miles on it but the dealer claimed it needed a lot of work. I took it in for an inspection sticker, oil change, and tire rotation and they recommended another $1300 of work. Mark determined that the A/C refresh and brake fluid exchange were not needed. He explained why the rear brakes DID warrant replacement, due to rotor corrosion, and did so at 75% of what the dealer wanted.”

For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. “I took my truck to Tech Pro to get a second opinion on a diagnosis I had gotten at Meineke. I knew the diagnosis was off because they told me I needed a new water pump and radiator, but the water pump had recently been replaced. Someone recommended me toTech pro so I took it there to get another opinion and they told me it was just the radiator. The water pump was fine. Meineke quoted me $2200 on work I didn’t need. Tech pro saved me $1100. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on if I’m in Milford. It’s hard know if a mechanic is giving you an honest opinion, especially when you’re a woman. I really appreciate knowing they take honesty serious. Thanks guys!”
