Everyone at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve never had an issue finding what I need or leaving well-informed about my pets’ needs. We run the gamut for critters in the house, so we ask a lot of questions on husbandry, food choice, grooming, toy durability, allergens… and there is always someone to help. The live insects are always still alive (we’ve had issues at other local stores) and generously counted. We purchased dubia roaches today, and their container had hydrating food in it for them, which is something I haven’t seen at other PSP in the area. The employees, quality and breadth of products, and competitive prices keep us coming back to this store specifically.
Specifically if you need live food, choose this location. It is worth the drive.

GABRIEL SILVA - a manager , needs proper training . His customer service is negative 5 stars ( communication , knowledge of return policy on online orders …) Everyone else in the store is nice and pleasure to speak with . Never had any issues until today . I would like a call back from a manager above him to discuss details .
An update : spoke today with a “ store manager“Railey in person , she was more focused on bad review that everyone will see and how Mr Silva told her everything right away ( of course I would too - I was not kidding when asked to speak with his manager ) , unfortunately she showed lack of leadership skills , I don’t think she cares about the business itself . Good customer service IS A KEY Railey .Even though she was polite , but in the middle of our conversation she forgot what we were talking about , that was awkward 😬 .
I am taking my money elsewhere ( Amazon, any other pet store , Walmart ,you name it - with a better customer service and PRICE).

Here's my perspective, and it's something I've noticed across various nearby stores. I've observed that popular wet cat food brands like Fancy Feast or Sheeba are priced ALWAYS up to 10% higher here compared to local grocery stores. Given this price difference, I'm compelled to question the advantage of shopping at "specialized" pet stores. Additionally, navigating the aisles can be a challenge due to the frequent blockages caused by pallets of unpacked pet food and other items, making it difficult to move a shopping cart around. Furthermore, why are identical pet food brands and types scattered in several locations throughout the store? This layout is very confusing. Lastly, the rewards system is fraught with glitches and is not user-friendly, which really takes a toll on the overall shopping experience. Pet food choices and brand offerings are decent.
