“I have recently had a very stressful incident happen to me. The manager of the UPS store, saved my life! I was told that I had to mail a large amount of money to a Federal Attorney to represent me as my ID had been stolen and I was going to be arrested for fraud and a number of horrible crimes. I ran to the bank took out my money and went to the UPS store in Hudson to mail it to some address in California to the attorney (Otiz). Bill the manager of the UPS store questioned me casually about the package I was mailing and when he learned what it was and the situation, cautioned me that it was a Fraud. I was being scammed, but I didn't believe him and told him to mail it anyway. He argued with me, but eventually did what I wanted. I was terrified and feared I would be arrested if I didn't mail it. Unbeknown to me, however, Bill, the manager, called the police as soon as I left the store. The police came to my house while the thief was still on the phone with me ( I guess they keep you on the phone a long time). When the officer confronted the man on the other end of the line (he said he was with the Social Security Department), it was soon obvious through his stammering and lies, that he was a fraud. We hung up and I went back to the store to tell them not to mail the package and get my money back. This manager's actions were above and beyond. He is a hero for saving my family (this would have ruined us). UPS should be proud and honored to have a man like this managing their store. He is not only an outstanding, strong and wise individual, he is a model of excellence and kindness. I cannot thank him him enough for what he did. He took it upon himself to call the police and rescued us from a horrible fate. Bill is number one and a 5 star hero in my book. I would trust my life with him and UPS.”

“Wing Press is a fantastic company to deal with for printing. As the chairman of Knights of Columbus in Southborough, I have had many opportunities to work with them on raffle ticket printing, literature and signs. They do a fantastic work and for a reasonable price. Beau Wing (the owner) donated his services in the beginning, but we have been paying for the services the last couple years because we did not want to exploit his generosity. They complete the printing jobs in a timely manner and provide exceptional quality. People see the items that Wing Press prints for us and are impressed. Our organization donates tens of thousands to charity for kids in the area and it is great to have a partner like Wing Press that values the work we do and support us in our charitable giving.”

“Grand Image Inc. helped print out my extremely large wedding seating chart. The seating chart was printed on a 36”x72” foam board and packaged securely for transportation. The quality of the board & print was great. The customer service was also excellent. They answered all my questions and worked with my tight deadline. At the time of ordering, I did not have a stand yet, so they provided me with easel backs. I was very appreciative of their help and generosity!”
“I had an excellent experience today thanks to Lynn and Andrew in the Marlborough store! They were incredibly helpful when I was picking up my online order. They helped me with adjusting the the sizes so that I could make it work on my project. I wasn't able to do that when I placed the order online. They were able to help everybody and they were so kind and efficient. I actually called the store while I was placing the order and they were super helpful, no weight to get them on the phone and there was a lot of people at the store at that time. “My father and mother left a legacy of photo albums, 16 and 8 mm film reels, VHS and Super 8 tapes. This was a life long avocation. After they passed away we were searching for the right professional to digitalize them before they self-destructed. Martin Katamba, the owner of Katfam Photo, picked up the films and albums and organized them by year, digitized them, uploaded these many films and albums to the cloud and made two back up hard drives. His Business is a family business and his children and wife worked to make this happen particularly his son, Simon.I was very pleased with the final product and recommend Katfam Photo for transferring films and photos to a digital format.David Young”
