My car is locked and running. They gave my insurance company a 48 minute ETA at 12:00. At 1:52 the ETA was 17 minutes. Now at 2:17 it’s 25 minutes. Have never had to wait so long roadside assistance. That is pretty pathetic and completely shows that this establishment is independable. Thank God I’m in my warm house and not stranded out in the cold.
High call volume is no excuse. There is no excuse for this type of service.

Thank you for an excellent experience! My car died leaving me stranded in 5° weather. Jumper cables did not work. On a day when other tow companies were backed up by five hours, Ray K came through with a tow to my dealership in 45 minutes. Professional and courteous. Thanks for the great customer service! Would highly recommend.

Ray K towing service towed my car from where it was legally parked and then tried to charge me $300 to get it back. They sent a photo of my dashboard to my apartment manager, but the photo shows my parking pass clearly on my vehicles dash. Recommending my apartment complex switch tow companies because no one wants to leave for work to have their car missing.
I would also not recommend for the owner to threaten to take me to court after towing my legally parked car especially when they provided me with the photos I need to prove that you simply just took my car for no legal reason

What a joke this place is, scary to think they are professionals. They aren't. Avoid at all costs. 20 min ride from place to where I am, they said they take "the long way" which is 40-45 min instead. What??? Maybe Ray the "owner" can actually do something. Even AAA can't track him down.

My insurer arranged for a tow when my car wouldn't start. Ray K towing arrived quickly, and the driver was careful with my car that had little clearance.

This guy it’s absolutely a joke, he offer me his business car after ask me what’s my status, also they say that have 7 trucks and wanted to pull my car on the back tires just because he didn’t wanted to do the work but charged me and didn’t wanna give me a recite unless I text him!
Told me that he it’s in business for 20 years and that he actually open 24 hours while calling he told me that I gotta call in the morning
This guys should be checked out on how they do business
Wish them nothing than good luck, worse than AAA .

Double parked across two spaces one handicapped. No activity. Not working. The reviews In here about a rude driver that doesn't follow regulations, common decency, or common sense is becoming all too real. Keep up the hustle rockstars.

This guy was driving super aggressively in traffic on Friday evening in Natick. Getting right up on peoples' bumpers, honking at them to inch forward at red lights. When I tried to switch lanes (with plenty of space) he accelerated into me so I had to swerve away and then pulled up next to me and lowered his window. I had my wife and two toddlers in the car. Not sure what's wrong with him but definitely wouldn't call Ray K's

I called AAA and requested a towing assistance through the app. I had to wait for over 3 hours for someone to show up until I couldn't wait anymore. No communication whatsoever from them for the 2 hours past the initial ETA that was shared on the AAA app. They wasted 2 hours of my work day and didn't have any regards for my well-being and for my customer satisfaction.
